Once upon a time...
The GiB base has always been know to have 12 floors, plus 1. However, lately, strang things have been going on in the GiB. Agents have claimed to hear strange things in the walls and floors where there are no rooms. Screams have been heard in the middle of the night, ones that don't come from the tortured mutants living in S12-11+4+5-18+2+19. Some agents have even claimed to have seen another section while traveling in the elevator. A section that's lost inbetween. Of course, these agents were thought of as crazy and were sent to Section 8 for painful psychiatric testing. Now, the sections have become overrun with mysterious shadows that vanish whenever you turn to see what's there, footsteps that stop whenever you stop, and elevator music that plays over the loud speaker(This was due to a faulty wiring in the intercom that was fixed later. But it still spooked many of the Agents. Oh the horror!)
Today is like any other day in the lives of the GiB agents. Then Section 14 attacks!
(Feel free to do whatever you want with Section 14. It's totally nuts. Scary, funny, ticklish, tasty, ugly, wet, dry, and whatever else you can think of)

Agent Justice logging in her story into the GiB Database...
Justice was enjoying her day. What could go wrong? She had finally come back from her mysterious mission that made her suddenly leave. She had a new baby girl, Alyssa had gone back to Zurg to live with her real parents( Alyssa! You are missed! crying ). She also discovered 6 new deadly diseases. The diseases had already killed three of the patients, sadly the other three she had infected were doing better. Maybe she should actually start testing diseases on animals instead of unwilling gaians that she randomly kidnapped from phone booths. It would be much easier to find test subjects. Phone booths were almost extinct.
She was heading back to her lab whenever she saw it out of the corner of her eye. A dark shadow was lurking o nthe edge of her vision. It wasn't the first time she had seen one of these shadows. They were becoming very common. It still creeped her out. She never saw what was there when she turned around. This time, she decided to not even look. Instead, she just kept walking towards her lab. It would go away.
Along with the shadows came the footsteps. The first time they were there she wasn't sure she was hearing correctly. They stopped at the same time as her. They started when she started. It was even creepier than the shadows.
She started to walk faster, trying to get away from the footsteps and the shadow. They kept up with her the whole way.
Sactuary lay ahead of her. The door to her lab was in her sight. The footsteps and the shadows never followed her into her lab. She held out her ID and swiped it whenever she came within reach of the door. She hurried through and hit the close button on the door. The door slammed shut.
The lab was silent. She hadn't replace her old experiments that had died from lack of care whenever she left. She had forgotten to hire a babysitter for her experiments. The currently infected Gaians were in Section 6. She was alone in the lab.
She didn't want to be alone though. She wanted someone to keep her company but she didn't want to go back out there. There were too many unexplaiend things going on. Other GiB agents were needed to get to the bottom of this strange mystery. The word was going around that the things were from Section 14. It all sounded like crazy talk at first. Their was no Section 14. However, as the days went by and Justice herself started to experience these strange events, she began to become more convinced that there might actually be a Section 14.
She wanted help. She wanted someone to comfort her. She wanted a grilled cheese sandwich. She wanted to know what was going on.

Agent TUA XIII logging story into the GIB Database...
Chou, just waking up after a good resting period sat at the edge of the bed.
"Man....what a crazy dream..." Shaking head in tune to shaking hands, moved themselves up off the bed. "Need food." Chou then forced the quaking body that had awaken the need to get up into action, off the bed and walked over to the closet. "Well, another day of action I guess." Putting on the camo morph body gel suit issued to every agent assigned to espionage and info detail, Chou made her way to the door and grasped it with what looked like a multitude of hands all at once. Then, opening the door the light that shown through made the suit stop at it's current form.
After a breif breakfast of a three egg and cheese omlet, buttered toast, and orange juice, Chou made her way down to the gym for daily warmups, on her way down she couldn't help the feeling she was being watched. The watching hadn't started until mid-way through her breakfast so the possibility that it was just the feeling of fullness had crossed her mind but......this seemed odd........alot different than her normal feeling after breakfast....... it seemed as if the very walls were watching her........she had been away on reconassiance and demolition detail for the past month, and hadn't been at headquarters since before that due to a recent vacation with her lover. So she had no idea as to what had happened in previous weeks.
Needless to say her lover was completely in the dark when it came to the GIB and how Chou gathered the money to pay for the extravagant vacation, all Chou's lover knew was that they we're happy and together.
Chou quickly realising she was day dreaming snapped out of her bliss in time to feel a warmth on the back of her neck. In one swift move she had grabbed her attacker and hurled it forward out of the window.
What she saw flying through the window was not a form of human, It didn't look like any alien she had ever studied, nor did it show the charachteristics of any other race in Gaia. What she saw was something of an opaique silohette of her true self flying down and out the window.
Quickly Chou ran to the window to find out what had happened. She saw nothing on the ground and no indication that the thing had even touched the ground other than the shards of glass. "What the heck was that!?"
Suddenly a smoky hand reached up from the ledge and jerked Chou down into a freefall. Chou, seeing an upcoming flagpole acted quickly grabbing hold of the flag's corner pointing outwards and smashing through the second story window. Section 11 Boardroom, R&D wing.
Standing up, dazed from the fall, Chou looked around the empty room. "Boss isn't gonna be happy about this." She said wiping of the shards from her shirt. "Looks like I'll need a new body suit as well." noticing the jelly like substance oozing from her upper mid-section. "What in the name was that?" She said staring up out the window. "Better call the Janitorial staff. Their not gonna like the mess I made but I'm sure they've seen worse."
Chou then walked out of the board room and saw Justice heading hurridly towards her lab and decided to follow her. She even decided to see how close she could get without disturbing her, but the gel on the bottoms of her shoes had begun to leak so she wasn't quite as silent as she would've liked.
When Justice reached her lab, Chou was about to say hello and tell her about the weird experience she had just had upstairs, when she was quickly shut out.
Then Chou just stood there at the door, alone, cold, bloody, leaking a liquid that reaked of fish, and for some strang reason, Hungry again.
