So, I joined the Dragcave after the whole sprite change and was just interested to see what the old sprites looked like.
Anyone here happen to have them saved on their computer?

most of the sprites were from video games and such, which is why they were replaced. copyright issues...yep yep.

ChancellorN00b The two-headed one looks like something out of an old video game. Also, off-topic baby dragon. The Split dragon old sprite is actually the new-ish~ form of the sprite Two-headed dragon, a boss in one of the Final Fantasys, that was used in the first bonus dungeon of FF I+II down of Souls for the Gba. The game for the gba is now around if not over half a decade old. Other dragons are also bosses from the Bonus dungeon of FFVI for the Gba and Psp. The red and silver dragon as an example. The other dragons come from other games, except for the christmas dragon.

I like most of the current dragons better...
But I hope there will be a similar Christmas one this year, though! I saw it on another site and I thought it was prettyful. x3
The zombie, red, and orange were pretty cool too.. Not so much white, purple, and regular vine. Also, the water one looks like a pokemon. o.O

Wow the Magi and the silver look BA. I've been wondering where they got the guild banner from. I wish we could have those back, no offense to the current silver/magi artists. o_o;
I'm just in love with that style of dragon art. I wish there were more of it on the upcoming sprites. crying ninja

The Christmas, Paper, and the Christmas and Chicken hatchlings were the only dragons not copyrighted before the wipe, so they're the same. (Paper was shrunken a little though)
