{{Roleplay started on Page 95 of the main thread and stopped on Page 102 before moving here ^-^))
Aiden's blush progressed and he tripped over his own feet but held himself up on a tree. His heart beat went faster as he keeps embarrassing himself around her, it was hard not to when he was around people. "Why thank you m'lady."
He moved up off the tree and looked at his hands, they weren't cut. "I.." He fought with his thoughts before stepping forward and touching the lock of purple hair that hid her left eye. I wish I could be more then an escort. He thought to himself then let her go. "It's getting late." He said flatly then waited for her to guide her in the walk again. "Let's get you home."

Leilani had started to suspect that she wasn't the only one with a slight case of nerves when the other fairy stumbled, and instinctively reached out to steady him. He caught himself, and she caught herself before latching onto his arm like some damsel. She did, however, touch his hands softly.
"Be careful," she said softly. She might have said more, but it looked as if he wanted to say something. He even touched her hair softly, and looked deeply into her eyes...something fell flat on the ground when he pointed out that it was getting late, and she dropped her hands, nodding sheepishly.
"I'm sorry, I don't mean to keep you," she said quietly. "But we're almost there." The trail had turned into what resembled a well beaten path, leading to a thick grove of trees.

He laughed. "I have no one to really go back home to in my book. Val has most likely made dinner by now and Richard is wondering where I am...he seems to be the only one who cares where I go. Only because I'm such a good listener to him." Not once has he yelled at Richard for him being annoying, never would he. If he had something to say..he only hoped Richard would pay respects to him and listen. "Moss would be happy to see me home." He forgot to tell her about Moss. "Oh, Moss is a egg I kinda...adopted. Well he is a baby now. He is the closest thing to a child I will have for now. Sweet little boy." A smile spread across his face as he thought back to when he first got Moss from Basil and when he first said daddy. "I love kids."
He looked at Leilani, trying not to hit any branches but that might fail. "Whats your feelings toward kids?"

Well, then maybe she was the only one who...well, never mind. She listened intently as he spoke, watching her humble home appear in the trees as they approached. It was roughly circle in shape, nestled high in the trees where the stained but un-colored wood blended in perfectly. Only the green shutters and the small curtained door in the front showed it for what it was. Honestly, Leilani was beginning to feel somewhat embarrassed--Aiden lived with so many other chandra, he must be used to a very large, glamorous home. Perhaps because of that, she was somewhat surprised by his question.
"Children?" she parroted. "I suppose I never really thought about it. It's usually just me." But she paused to think about it, since it seemed important. "I've liked the ones I've met.
"Well, this is it," she said, opening her arms as if to include all of it. She usually took the, ah, most vertical route to get inside, but there was also a small set of stairs that spiraled up the side of the tree, making it easier for those who did not fly.

Aiden eyed her house. "You're lucky to at least have a house. I'm suck with a tent." He looked at her wings, as if not ever seeing a pair in his life. Hers were blinded with beautiful colors. He flew up and landed on a branch by the door that just grew wildly with the rest. "You build it yourself?" He was impressed if she did.
He had no time to build a house, actually...he did. It was just he didn't know how. He seemed to come to th world with a dream and the clothes on his back. "Your home looks cozy." He sighed at the thought of now having to leave her, after all he only promised her a walk home. He could not enter her home unless invited. "I believe this is where I take my leave." He bowed to her and waited for his goodbye.

"A tent?" she asked curiously. Perhaps not the grand manor she had thought, but perhaps a tent would be an interesting place to live. To his question, she shook her head. "Some of it was here already, left behind," she told him. "The rest I finished when I could. I'm not very good with a hammer, so it took a while." Leilani laughed at that, remembering many weeks of bruised fingers. When he looked at her wings, she flitted them nervously, but smiled. Maybe he thought they were also well coordinated.
Following him up, she said proudly, "I like it. It's been home for some time now." It was small, but as he said, cozy. Landing gracefully on the small deck that surrounded the house, she turned to face the other fairy. Should she invite him in? She wasn't sure of her etiquette, but there was one thing that she knew.
"Um, doesn't the lady usually give a token to her favorite knight?" Shyly, she reached into one of her sleeves and withdrew a lacy green handkerchief, extending it too him.

"A tent isn't bad when you have others there with you. Half the time I don't sleep with Richard there or Annabell asking about her stuffed animals. She is making wings now and is having a hard time I guess. Only thing that I hate is when it rains or when it's really cold." He looked around the tree for a moment then caught himself as he almost fell off the branch. He would have added something at the end of the last statement but found it unneeded information.
Aiden looked at the handkerchief for a moment then grabbed it carefully. It smelled heavily of her and was really soft. He ran his fingers along it. "In this case she does." He tucked it in the wrap around his waste. "I guess is this goodbye for now my lady." He bowed and jumped off the branched to the ground. He did it more gracefully and softly then he had intended.
From then, he began his walk back to his home. Taking in the air here...he had to remember this place. He would return to her one day if fate played those cards in his favor.

"Bye," she said, now to his back. "For now." Well, maybe she'd be right. Hopefully she'd be right. He hadn't laughed at her silly gesture, so maybe...
After he'd disappeared into the foliage, she lifted the curtain and entered into her home. It was small, built around the tree rather than damaging it, with the main part of the house resting on the strong branches that surrounded it. But it was filled with things that were important to her, a magpie's paradise. Crystals and glass she'd found in the forest, or even as far as Casseopia, the islands' main city, were strung from each window, and sometimes the ceiling. On the other side of the trunk, nestled between a few curtains, was her small bed, cut off from the rest of the 'house,' more aptly referred to as her living space.
Sighing, she shuffled around, absently touching the nicknacks that she'd collected, wondering what to do. For lack of anything else, she slowly made her way over to her bed. It was getting late. And maybe tomorrow would be a good day to go to the beach...
((Sorry for the long description x3; Just stuck it in there for future reference if need be)).

Aiden was met by Richard who started a instant conversation about birds and the moon. His mind drifted back to Leilani a few times. Val gave him weird looks when he returned back to the family area. He didn't eat when he came home, only went into his tent and curled up on his mat, listening to Richard and answering things when there were questions.
He would venture to the ocean tomorrow for sure. He wanted to collect shells. He asked Richard how the weather would be and he said it would be kinda chilly but warm toward the mid day. He fell asleep soon after that question was asked then answered.
When he awake it was early dawn and he had decided to set out to find the salty waters he dreamed about for so long. He carefully left the tent without a sound.
He felt like singing. His steps were happy ones. He steps onto no snakes and often stopped to pet a dear, something hard to do if he were mortal. He had learned animals had a trust for fairies. He would eat his fill of fruit that was sweeter today then any other. It tasted like Mao's enchanted fruit but that was often a illusion to others. She played the trick on him a few times with things like dead animals till he learned to see through the things she gave him to eat.
He continued his walk, when he smelled a high concentrate of salt he ran till he felt the sand between his toes. At that moment he felt his heart beat pure excitement.

It was long after morning when Leilani finally woke. The sun, finally trickling in through the shuttered windows, had her jacknifing into a sitting position on the bed, clutching the covers. What time was it? Was she too late? She was supposed to go to the beach today!
Usually slow to wake, the fairy jumped out of bed, readied herself and dashed out the door. She wondered, briefly, what had gotten into her--her timidness the day before, her rush today, but she put the thought from her mind. In what probably looked like an insane motion, she leapt from the deck of her house and into the air, catching herself with a flit of her wings as she made a beeline for...where?
Without another hint, she stopped by the manor first, gazing over the open fields by the Moons shop and seeing nothing. Of course, he had wanted to set out early and wouldn't have waited. The thought had her flying slightly lower to the ground, not quite in such a frantic hurry. Maybe he'd changed his mind about accompanying her?
But it was a little late to worry. By the time she'd had that thought, she'd made it to the coastline, and had spied a small, fairy shaped speck on the horizon. Though she made an obvious effort, momentum made her entrace...less than graceful. Though her wings beat feircely, she had to drag her feet in the sand, seemingly skipping a few times before finally coming to a halt, practically at his feet. After a pause, she smiled sheepishly.
"Ah, good morning."

He blushed when he saw her. All of it came back to him. How could I be so stupid? He thought and threw the shells he had gotten.
He placed one knee to the ground and grabbed her hand. "I'm so sorry, m'lady. As your escort I forgot to pick you up for our trip. There is no excuse for my stupidity. Punish me as you will." His ears folded back against his head shamefully. He took responsibility as a knight would. He however, did not expect the worse from her but all women held some fiery for the things men did wrong. I will not make this mistake again.

He was asking her to forgive him? For a moment, Leilani just sat in the sand, with her hand in his as she looked up at him dumbly. It seemed like she did that a lot.
"Punish you?" she finally said, almost appalled. "Why would I want to do something like that?" He must feel really bad about it to say something like that. And here she'd felt bad that she was late! Weren't they pair? At that, she couldn't help but laugh. Looking around, she found one of the pretty shells that he had dropped, picking it up gently.
"I get to keep this one," she said, matter-of-factly. "I hope you've learned your lesson."

Aiden opened his mouth to object but bit down on his tongue. He had a purpose for those shells but they would be given to her either way. He could have laughed about his punishment but he had been in the sand digging up shells for a good amount of time and didn't want the rest taken from him. "So be it, m'lady."
Standing back up and gathered his shells then covered the hole he had dug in search for more. "How did you sleep, Leilani?" He came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her. "I can't help but to tell you how much I thought about you last night." He said softly.

Had Leilani known that it had been a form of punishment, rather than a cute mockery of one as she'd intended, she would have been very upset. However, she didn't have a lot of time to contemplate that, completely distracted and her train of thought derailed most thoroughly as he put his arms around her.
"Well," she whispered, reaching up to hold onto his arms. It felt...nice, to stand like that. "I slept too long." The fairy laughed a little at that. "I thought you had already gone because I'd overslept, and I'd missed you." Turning and looking at him over her shoulder, she added, "I wouldn't have liked that. I thought about you, too."
With her wings effectively pinned, her tail swished back and forth, lightly dusting the sand as her heart fluttered in her chest. Well, this answered a few of her questions.

Aiden smiled and looked into her eyes. "No no, I would have remembered about the beach...about you. I tend to forget my promises." He ran he moved the purple hair from her eye again and thought more of this moment then maybe needed. He could hear her heartbeat. His fine acute hearing gave him that.
"Why are you so excited?" He pointed to her heart and held her a bit closer to him.
