But it was bound to be asked.
SuFin. Yes. Sweden x Finland. It's canon, yo.
As well as Hungary/Austria, Germany/Prussia, Germany/N.Italy, Spain/S.Italy, China/Korea, Liet/Poland and America/England. ;___; ♥
And I'm not a huge fan of England/Japan, but the MADs revolving around the pairing are slowly converting me...
I actually ship majority of the pairings. >>;

I don't really have a favorite, just.. pairings that I dislike.. sweatdrop those being, Sweden or Finland with anyone other than, respectively, Finland or Sweden.. Turkey with anyone other than Egypt, and France/anyone at all.
If I had to pick favorites, I have it down to.. five.
Turkey/Egypt, Sweden/Finland, Germany/N.Italy, China/Japan/Korea (okay technically a threesome but shush), and Poland/Lithuania.

HRE/Italy is cute, too smile
Turkey/Egypt.
England/Hong Kong (THERE! I said it.)
But I will ship almost anything if there's violence involved from both parties xD ahaha. ...since 1992.

MY OTP IS LITHUANIA/POLAND.
It used to be ENGLAND/ JAPAN, but then my Polish friend stoked up the fires of my already strong like for Liet/Pol and it became a RAGING INFERNO.
But then I also adore PRUSSIA/ENGLAND (we were bffs back in the day), ENGLAND/CANADA, SWEDEN/FINLAND, GERMANY/N.ITALY, SPAIN/S.ITALY, PRUSSIA/GERMANY...
but those are just my favourites. =w=
I really like the vast majority of them. 8D

My Hetalia OTP is Sweden x Finland.
After that, I adore:
Germany x Italy
Austria x Hungary
France x Everyone (IT'S CANON!)
I actually haven't read as much Hetalia as I should have, so I have relatively few ships.

My favorite is probably America/England. I also like Germany/Russia, just because it's shipping together two of my favorite characters. Also, France/anyone. xD

I ship America and Russia with almost everyone (including each other) but my real favorites are US/UK and Russia/Lithuania. And I kind of OT3 Hungary/Austria/Prussia. And China/Japan is kind of awesome. And I love Switzerland/Liechtenstein now for some reason. I can get into almost anything, really.
