Spirit: Once upon a time (Around the sixteenth century) there lived a lovely witch by the name of Elizabeth Cross. She had a gorgeous figure, perfectly shiny and soft white hair...and a nose the size of an apricot.
This nose was, unfortunately, the result of a spell gone wrong that she couldn't reverse; but that's another story entirely. Dear Elizabeth was a very, very, very old lady, and a very lonely one at that, so she would often try and meet promising young bachelors in hopes of marrying one. No man could look at her nose without laughing hysterically. How depressing. One day, in an effort to fulfill her wish of meeting her perfect soul mate, she decided to concoct a love potion to give to the town's newest eligible bachelor. She had all the ingredients except one! So she went to get it, naturally, because she wanted to be loved. However, as fate would have it, somehow a pumpkin was left sitting next to the cauldron and oblivious Elizabeth tripped on it and landed in the cauldron. Normally this wouldn't have killed her for she'd fallen in the cauldron before, but the unstable ingredients caused an explosion that blew up her home and everything inside, herself included. Poor, poor old Elizabeth.

December 23, 2008 Huh, how interesting. A basket full of goodies mysterious appeared for Bernadette from a Secret Santa. Interesting.
November 28, 2008 ...A little boy pretending to be a girl and a strange man...what a world we live in. Bern begged me to take her to the playground again, only this time she met a little boy who calls her Sister Bern and she calls Brother Avery. That's actually rather adorable.
November 21, 2008 Children need toys to play with, so I brought Bern to a toystore where she met yet another pair of siblings. Identical twins this time. I didn't get their names but Bern wishes to see them again.
November 17, 2008 Arianna and I brought Bern to her first trip to a playground (An indoor one, of course) and she met a pair of children named Adele and Issy. She had a lot of fun with them, it's nice to see her making her first friends.
October 25, 2008 ...Worst. Night. Ever. First exploding pumpkins, now a daughter? How am I supposed to raise her?!

Distinguishing features: ...Her nose. Green vines wrapping around her arms.
Personality: Unlike her mother Bernadette is genuinely sweet tempered, and her existence is never to be questioned with how vibrant she is. Although she's a bit self-conscious about her nose being bigger than most other children's she's still more than willing to chatter happily to a person and give her full, honest opinion...boy is she lucky she's so young because sometimes these opinions are rather blunt and not what a person wants to hear. She's willing to believe anything possible, sometimes this makes her appear gullible and backfires on her, but she won't judge a person unless they give her good reason to. Bern also loves magic.
Likes: Magic, orange, her home, Cold Mommy and Nice Mommy, toys, pretty dresses that Cold Mommy buys her, purple.
Dislikes: Bethany, her nose, people pointing out her nose in a bad way, pumpkins (She isn't sure why, she just doesn't like being near them).

Race: Vampire
Eye Color: Gray
Hair: Short and black, her bangs partially cover her right eye.
Skin Tone: Very pale.
Occupation: Her true money making job is unknown, but she is a patron of the arts.
Personality: Living with her master did drive her over the edge of insanity, she just keeps it under control. She's rather unpredictable unless you're around her enough to know how she'll react...then she'll just do something unexpected to throw you off.
Just because she's crazy doesn't mean she can't be elegant and diplomatic. She still has an air of aristocracy in everything she does, she'll never let it be forgotten that she was once addressed only as Lady Claudine Voisin II.
Towards men she's very cold and distant. They're lucky if she speaks directly to them or gives them a second glance without tearing them apart. Women however are something she'll always flirt and get along with.
History: When Claudine was a living human she was the daughter of a local lord in a town called Tiracona. She was in love with a man back then, and was secretly engaged to him, when one night a coven of vampires suddenly attacked the entire village and killed everyone...well almost everyone. Lord Voisin and Claudine escaped to another town. There were dozens of rumors about her, like how the love of her life had been turned into one of those vampires attacking the area.
It was true, yet he and Claudine were still very much in love. She snuck him into her room every night for a week before that town was also attacked...only this time Claudine was spared and her father was killed; her lover was nowhere to be found. For three-hundred years she lived with her 'master' and was forced to follow his teachings, and after a time she was permitted to leave to survive on her own.
She took this chance to search for her old lover...and she found him after another sixty years of searching. When she found him he was sleeping with another woman, and Claudine discovered that he never even attempted to search for her and had, in fact, sold out her and her father to the coven that had attacked both towns. Naturally...she wasn't pleased, and ended up decapitating both him and the other woman.
So now she lives on her own, or rather in a mansion in Durem with human servants and now her own charge. This should be interesting.
Likes: Arianna, night time, blood (duh!), bats, cats, fine arts, parties (Not the crazy kind), dressing up in fancy dresses.
Dislikes: Men, daylight, noisy birds, death of those she holds any positive relation towards.

 Spirit______________Once upon a time, in little Wickford, Rhode Island, there lived an old woman named Elizabeth Cross. She looked to be your average woman who'd lived an average life...or was she? For an old woman she'd aged rather well, she was like the George Clooney of her time...only female...so think of, like, Halle Berry or something. Anyways! Lizzy was also what you call a 'cougar'; she loooooved the young eligible bachelors of her town. Well, one day this lovely lady wished to further make herself beautiful and desirable to the men of Wickford so she decided to do a little spell.____Yes, Elizabeth Cross was the town's witch.____Unfortunately the spell backfired and instead of making her more beautiful it gave her a hideous nose the size of an apricot. She wouldn't let this stop her, she kept trying to get those men to love her they just...couldn't look at her without laughing. Elizabeth was heartbroken over this, so she began to concoct a special love potion for the most handsome and wealthy of all the bachelors. This potion required all the ingredients to be added quite specifically in a certain order, certain measurements and certain times exactly or there could be dire consequences.____On the night that she made this potion she realized she had every ingredient except one, so she hurried into the kitchen to retrieve it for she only had a short time before the entire potion was ruined. Elizabeth was running back to the cauldron when she tripped over a pumpkin she had left lying around to carve up later into a decorative bowl, landing in the cauldron with the ingredients in hand and causing a very destructive reaction.____The cauldron caused a massive explosion that destroyed the house and everything in it, poor old Elizabeth Cross included.

Occupation: One of Claudine's maids, she babysits and cares for Bern when Arianna and Claudine aren't available to.
Personality: Bethany is Claudine's personal maid. The one that answers directly to her and not the 'head maid' as it were, and the only one she trusts enough to have her escort her everywhere with a fresh supply of blood. Claudine's trust in her isn't misplaced, although she appears to rebel against Claudine every chance she gets Bethany is a very loyal companion to the Lady. She's clearly much cheerier and upbeat than Claudine, and she's easily distracted by handsome men much to her employer's displeasure. She often likes to attempt to rebel as well, but she truly does care about her work.
History: Not much to tell. She was born in Claudine's home, her mother is another one of the vampire's maids. She's never met her father. Her mother tells her he was a man she met one day while running an errand, but Claudine prohibits men from living in her home or working for her.
Likes: Boys, makeup, cleaning, candles, red, snow, burly Spanish men, having her privacy, her cute little maid uniform, Claudine (She treats her well).
Dislikes: Claudine (It's a secret hatred), the dark, rough materials, that dreaded 'missed spot', a messy room.
