They're building a temple not 5 minutes from my house! I'm so exited! My boyfriend is gonna talk to the bishop to see if we can help. My best friend is not a member and she doesn't understand my excitement. i'm working on it though.

Congratulations! I remember when the Mount Timpanogous Temple was built close to us and I was 14. In Young Women's we did all kinds of fundraisers and gave all the money to the temple fund for it. We also got to clean for the open house, help set up for it and make "booties" for the CHAIRS to wear so they wouldn't ruin the new carpet during the dedication.
It meant so much to me to be PART of that temple.
