I have a few questions and statements regarding the Annual Ball...
The G.I.B. took a large part in the Ball this year, as the Ball is a user driven event, giving us an amazing opportunity to remind people of our presence. The Ball was a chance for many agents to gain out-of-guild experience, and I know quite a few of you enjoyed the adventure of destroying many room plots, interrogating hosts and stander by, and causing mayhem, since we had the chance to go into "Agent roleplay mode" for the public.
Luckily I was one of the room hosts of the 6th Annual Ball (Last July), and I met a few agents whom sparked my interest in joining the G.I.B.
I am actually one of the coordinators of the plot this year, which is quite the honor, and this gives me a huge advantage if we wish to present ourselves in such a manner for the 7th.
I was wondering whether anyone has had the chance to inquire whether or not we have confirmed a chance to continue this possible new tradition, as it was a fabulous way for the agents to enjoy field work, as well as pursue recruitment.
If someone has not yet contacted with one of the others, may I have permission to speak with my fellow coordinators?
As long as you all agree that this sounds like a good idea?...
Also, I was wondering how many of you actually took part in the last ball (I only met some, to my knowledge) and if any of you are willing to, or are already taking part in planning this years Ball.
I would like to mention that the ball itself will be held sometimes between March and August, though I am stating this now, for we are going to begin writing the plot line sometime in November, if not earlier. It seems like a distant time to be discussing and planning, though usually everything doesn't pull together until the last minute anyway, so I need to have this confirmed as soon as possible.
