Hmm... well I definitely remember watching AstroBoy. (Wow... that's old... eek ) I think that was the earliest anime I've ever watched...
Soon after I started watching DBZ, Rourouni Kenshin, Poke'mon, Inuyasha... And many others. I guess you could say I've been an anime' fan all my life. blaugh

Angelus The Immortal Has anyone else noticed DBZ is at top of everyone's list so far? eek Weird... Hmm... yeah. eek I guess that is weird... xd But it's probably because DBZ was one of the earliest action packed anime series to appeal to so many younger viewers. And to this day, DBZ is still pretty popular among billions of fans around the world. smile

That is also true. Was DBZ one of the first animes to come to America? My cousin and I were arguing about that earlier. He said it was the first but I highly doubt it.

I'm not exactly sure but... There were a lot of other earlier Anime to arrive in America... Like Astroboy for example. So... DBZ may not have been one of the first... But it's definitely one of the earliest Anime to reach American television. smile

Pokemon.
I'm wondering if we're all the same age group, maybe that has something to do with us all having the same first animes.

There was this series called Candy and Annie, or somesuch. It was on VHS, dubbed. It was obvious anime style and storyline. Another one was Daddy Long-Legs. I watched them as a kid, both were about orphan girls and that's about all I can remember.
