Ah yeah... Forgot to tell you.
Tuesday morning I had a meeting where I went in my car. I left the car where some other cars stood. It seems like this wasn't the right place to park the car. At least not for the metropolitan police. They gave me a yellow card (only gods know why they translated this as 'yellow ticket').
Don't park where it's forbidden or the next time we'll put a cramp on your wheel
That's still better than my parents in Klaipeda wink .

I've not seen any around here either, I think it's really just in cities. It seems they usually tow cars away nowadays though.
