Hey guys~! Long time no see! =D I haven't really gotten into the gaia mood lately. so I've been absent for quite some time. lolol. Glad to see most of you (that i know) are doing great in your art lives~! 8D
Anyway. I guess I can't post a hello without having to post art along with it, so here goes one of my recent art works that I'm fairly proud with~ <3

One of my new characters as of late. I really enjoyed coloring the eyes.
I'm not really looking for critiques, but if you find anything wrong just go ahead~ I'd appreciate it! =D

This will probably be the quickest critique I've given in this guild... yay for me! Anyway.
I kinda like how you've shaded the hair. I'm not used to seeing it done in such a way, but keep developing it. But do shade and highlight the top of the hair; right now it's just so very blank. Try pinpointing the exact part of the hair, and shade/highlight as it would lift from the scalp and flow gracefully down the contours of the face as a majestic leaf, having grown a golden colour, drifts from the tops of the oak in the cool autumn breeze. [/poetic comparison]
As far as the skin goes, I love what you've done with the nose and neck areas, but you've still got some development issues. In the shoulder and face, you have shading where your light source should highlight, and most of the other shadows fall along lines that you've drawn such as the straps and collar bones and so forth. Try breaking out of that in the future, and be a bit more bold with your shade placement.
The eyes are absolutely lovely with the shading/highlight and decorations, and I cannot say how much I love that little bit of shading in the lips. Great, great depth in those areas. You've also done very well with the metallic pendant.
Overall, very nice!
