got roped into going to a wedding - former member of the anime club here- the oldest regular member (I was the okaasan- not a member) Teresa (Anna Sartin- aka Questina here on Gaia but decided to skip the actual wedding since it's way too hot, no air in the buddist temple and too far to drive/
Will make obligatory appearance at the reception and then probably head back home to this damned part of Hamilton- besides don't want to leave Hiro locked up too long.
Why so people schedule weddings in the middle of summer in a place with no air conditioning, almost no parking available and expect a big turn out.
I wish Teresa and Blake the best of luck- but this is just crazy- hazy hot humid and humiliating
A free meal is not worth this much trouble.
Oh and if anyone cares to know what I dressed like- look at my avi today- it's pretty close to what I wore to the reception- including my comfy denim slip on shoes

I will need to look at Etta's photo from then to know who she is. Byt, best of luck to her and the groom.
edit: later I will scan my wedding picture with Paul. Our Aniversary is November 12. It was a beautiful day, not to cool or hot. And the falls trees were great in the photo. Lone may remember, she was there in her $100 dress I bought her. heart ya sis

i wore a skirt and low cut- very low cut- fancy tank top - the wedding had a white and black theme. wasn't too bad- she had a chocolate fountain, absolutely no alcohol anywhere- sandwiches and fresh veggies to eat. 3 layer cake of chocolate, strawberry and yellow.
Since Nori was there and insisted that I sit with her and her g/f, I agreed sinec lots of people didn't show for the reception. Surprise- Nori's g/f was actuallly nice to me, talkative..
But = just like everyone else I know- didn't want to come to see the new apartment because it's in the middle of nowhere Hamilton.
Oh well, it was a nice break for a couple of hours from this place.

He just does not perfer makeup on me. he likes natural beauty.
