Is there a difference between a horse and a pony? (to me, the only difference is that a pony is a baby horse)

Here goes nothing -
I say you have two chinchillas
samie and Jiggz
to my knowledge, they are both still alive
although samie broke one of his legs a while back and had to wear a collar around his neck
Jiggz has only been with you for a few months and was only 3-4 months old when you got him back in January (also, Jiggz belongs to both you and your boyfriend)
As of 8:40 PM on Saturday, July 26th nobody else had identified your chinchillas

(to me, the only difference is that a pony is a baby horse) OMG YES other than the Size difference ponys are not baby horses. they are like horses but built smaller and stronger *like Draft horses but mini'ed* they have miniature horses that are the size of baby horses
