I'm pretty certain this belongs in here...
Anyway, onto my post.
I'm dating this girl, and even though it's a long-distance relationship we seem to connect very well. We text each other and IM and play MMORPGs all the time, so we keep in contact pretty well. Hell, I just got a text from her (probably because I'm talking about her). Anyway, last time I was really sick it was a stomach thing. She started to have a stomach thing too. Then two nights ago there was a really bad storm where she lives. She got a headache from all the thunder and hail and bright lightning and whatnot. I got a pretty bad headache, too. In the same exact place (over the right eye). I easily figured out that we had a connection of some sort.
I myself belive that psychic connections mean that the futures of the people involved are intertwined somehow. Not necessarily soulmates or anything... I mean... I have a bit of a connection with my grandpa even. He can kinda tell when I'm sick, and I can tell when he's stressed about work or something, even if I haven't visited him for weeks. Which reminds me that I need to call him and let him know I'm still alive. (He likes to know I'm alright despite the connection.)
My main goal in posting this is to ask who else has psychic connections, get peoples' opinions on what connections can mean, find out what kind of connections other people have, etc., so... Post away~!

Research empathy, it should explain a lot. Just be glad you don't have it towards every single person and narrowing down to even plants. ><

I'm pretty sure it's not empathy, due to a few small factors... One being that when a friend of her shows her something and it makes her think about me, I start thinking exactly what she's thinking, and we've proved this on a few occasions.

I'm an empath... well i was until my powers stopped working sad but yeah i have a strong connection with my friend we were born on the same day and we have the same type of fingerprint the arch and it is pretty close but they are different of course and our palm prints are exactly the same! we have the same exact teeth and i can feel her headaches anything even when she is ina different state
