There are people. Not normal people but people with powers. People with the power of lighting. You Know if your one of them if your born with a lightning bolt shaped birth mark anywhere on you body. Depending on the number of "Jaggs" tells you your amount of power. Most have 1 or 2 but some have 3. The very few that have 4 are extemly powerfull and how they choose to use it may decide their fate.....

Bio- figuerd out what the jaggs ment at the age of 9 her 3 jaggs are unusual. She is funny kind and caring.
Appearence- Blue eyes , skinny, slender, tall, Bolt on left sholder. That arm has the most power. She Has Brown/Blonde hair that has one yellow streak.

Name- Miguel (Mike) Cazador

Age- 17
Jaggs- 4, but can only use the amount someone with 3 can at this time((cuz i dont wanna over power him unless enough others are))
Bio- born fairly normal. his parents died mysteriously when he was 1 or 2. he was cared for untill he was 10. since then, hes been living on his own. he is fairly good with technical equipment, and he can use his power with it. his mark is fairly large, and on his back. he uses "make up", or similar things, to cover up the fourth jag.

Bio- She is funny kind but very sad . She is abandoned by her family and is part neko.

Bio~> Alice grew up being known as a freak. She couldn't control her power well and spontaneous lightning bolts would come come out of her body. It got so bad that, at the age of eleven, her parents put her up to adoption. She went through foster home after foster home before her grandparents adopted her and told her what the small birthmark on the back of her left wrist meant. Through "experimentation", Alice found that if she used to much of her power at once, she could faint. Once, she even ended up hospitalized with a two-week coma.

Bio- He has had a nice life, except for the fact he was usually feared and hated which made him rather sad, not understanding what was wrong. Nicholas has been interested in technology and energy, especially after he started accidentally shortcutting electrical equipment by touching them. He always tries to improve his special ability and he wonders if his strange scar has anyhitng to do with it. It is strangely shaped like lightning and is located on his chest, right in the middle.

Age- Hes an adult in his late 30s

Bio- He works at the facilty but secretly is agenst all it stands for and wants to help the kids escape even if he dies in the process and he secretly has the power of a three
Appearence- he is the red head and the othe one is Dr. Smith

Maddier sat down on one of the benches inside of the facilitys fenced in area for 3s and 4s. she looked into the fenced in area across from them. it was for 1s and 2s. she was the fist one here.

((I don't know what the 'facility' is like, but whatever.))

Alice peeked into the building and glanced around for any trace of life. There was only one girl in the 3/4 area. She took a deep breath before completely entering and making her way to the 3/4 area. She leaned against the wall. She suddenly felt like she was a dog, but the feeling quickly passed. She wondered how many others would come here.

((ever heard of clover? well its a facility in the miletary))


Maddie noticed the others that had enterd. she walked up to the one wiht the circut bord. she didnt say anyting just looked at it.

Mike continued, not looking up, and spoke. "uh... any reason youre just standing there, staring?"

((i guess it could be open ended. i didnt really direct at anyone))

Mike gave a small smile. "eh... i only brought these cuz i felt like tinkering." he pulled up his goggles and put them on his forehead. "once im done, ill be bored too." he picked up another scrap of metal, pulled his goggles back down and continued. he never looked up the entire time.

Mike's eyes darted up at the carving in the wall. he smirked and shot his own lightning bolt and carver 'O RLY?' next to it.
