Maybe there's no one who's perfect...
I've been able to find Yaoi and Yuri at either Borders or Waldenbooks Bookstores. If not, you could always resort to amazon.com. : D
As far as online scanlations and such...I've nothing. ^^;
...But who wants to be, anyways?

I could find a lot of yaoi and yuri manga in www.mangafox.com. You just have to click on Manga Directory, then click on show options, and then put a click on box of yaoi, shounen Ai (shounen ai is more PG-13) or yuri. biggrin

onemanga.com has a lot, but I'm not sure if they have many yaoi/yuri stories. I know they have some plain stuff like Gravitations. I read all of FMA on this site, haha.

check out arrinfantasy.com they have everything and anything you could want that's yaoi related...but as to yuri I have none right now >.<

Um...the tops of bookshelves at Borders. X'D Barnes and Noble tends to have more manga in general, but sadly not our lovely gay pr0n, for w/e reason. ;_;
For yuri, lililicious.net has a bunch of scanlations. 3nodding I found a lot of good stuff there. <3

I don't have any places to get manga online besides Onemanga.com and mangafox.com, but I hear mangafox has a lot of viruses so you'd better watch out for those. As for all those yuri sites...thanks! I had no idea. pirate
