I know where the DeathNote users go . But i was wondering where the victims killed By the death note go..
Is it as if they died a natural death?
Or do they remain on earth?

Alrighty. I believe there to be two outcomes to this:
If the person in question killed by the Death Note was a "bad" person, ex. Killer, Rapist, ect., I would believe their soul would go to whatever equivalent of hell, or possibly limbo, is in the religion you practice.
But, if the person in question was an "innocent bystander" or "killed for no reason", I would believe that they would go to whatever equivalent of heaven is in the religion you practice.

People killed by the Death Note are just killed, and go where everyone else goes. Only the Users are different. The Death Note intends to keep all of its functions natural, to preserve the balance of life and death. That's why when a person is killed by the Death Note, the remaining life force is randomly transferred to another. It is also why Death Note Users cannot be targeted by the Death Note; it prevents them from escaping their fate as Death Note users.

The manga states that all humans, upon death, go to the world of nothingness called MU. I don't think that victims of the Death Note are any exception. Unless of course you're part of Death Note's pilot chapter and the death eraser is available xd

in death note the death note user does not go to hevan or hell because those places dont exest every body goes to the same place in death note

Well, Light kept killing bad guys so pretty much I think they go to hell. If Light kills a good guy, the good guy'll probably go to Heaven. depends on judgement u know?
It suks, if u kill someone with the Deathnote, basically you are tearing your soul apart. No Heaven or Hell, just nothing. emo
