A while back, I was thinking about making a Harley Quinn costume. Since I don't have the cash to afford the official costume (Which doesn't look that great anyway), I decided to create my own.



My plan was to recreate her costume while still keeping with the Harley Quinn spirit, and this is what I came up with:



So I decided to resurrect the idea for the Dark Knight movie... So I wondered: What would Harley Quinn look like in the new Dark Knight movie? And after experimenting a bit with what little costume I had, this is what I came up with:




It needs a bit of work, and I took a few liberties with the costume. The hat was originally black and white, and I'm slowly turning it black and red instead. And I need to trim the mask down a bit too, so it's slightly smaller.


So what do you guys think? I need opinions.

Can you see what I'm going for? Am I ruining the Harley Quinn character? What do you guys think?

Oh, and for those who have never seen Harley Quinn, here's what she looks like Officially:

I don't think it looks far off from the original. Plus, it looks awesome! Nice work!

Those pictures turned out great! Who was the Joker? oh yeah!!!! It was MEEE!!! I can't wait to see us in our costumes together when they're done. biggrin

I think the costume has turned out great so far. The only thing I would suggest is possibly stuffing the hat a bit with cotton. You can buy cotton stuffing at WalMart, and it's really easy stuff to work with.
