 If you had no intention of giving it to him, you have every right to have it sent back to you. If it's an issue of money, tell him you'll send him money so he can ship it back. Legally it's your property, so he can't keep it, or sell it.

Believe me, I had everyone I know threatening to go there just to get the Wii back by force... though it would actually cost less just to buy a new one.

At least your Wii is alive. My cousins kicked theirs to the ground while wrestling in the room. It came apart and was ******** beyond repair. gonk
