Books are always better. but the movie was really good too.

Book doesn't have Orlando Bloom or that guy who played Aragorn, does it?
My teacher has a giant cardboard cut-out of Aragorn in her classroom. He. Is. So. Hot.

I prefer movie based since it's shorter that reading the book, lol.

See, I would've said the same as I Am Mother G. I like both for different reasons. Also, Gimli is the best character ever. Dwarves = Awesome ^.^ Elves too, but only certain elves.

I liked the movie...and book. I liked the movie for the action scenes...I don't see why people watch movies for just certain actors...
