Ive read up to chapter 40, anyone know where they have 41 and up?

No.
40 is the recent one.
41 is this months one and will come out on the 24th.
And then 42 a month after that.

I think the only manga to come out weekly is shounen (or some kinds of shounen) manga.
anything eles is monthly.
The episodes for the anime come out weekly though, but not the manga.

It only goes up to chapter 40.

Next chapter comes out next Tuesday though, dont know when it will be translated and put up but you can proberly can get raw's when it does come out.

Chapter 41 is out and i believe it came out yesterday. I don't want to spoil it but ITS REALLY GOOD. Or at least I thought so XD

crying That means i have to wait another 30 days!! OMG VK only is 7 Volumes this means we are very, very close to the Climax, and it is gonna be extravagazant!
