Since it will be far too difficult for me to keep up with all the absences that you guys may have through the duration of this tournament. Please post in this thread when you will be absent, why (you don't have to be overly descriptive, but present a good reason), and when you expect to return. You need to remember two very important things about announcing your absences:
1) You must announce your inactivity within the original two day time limit or else you will already be disqualified.
2) You must post within two days of your announced return date, or else explain why your absence is being prolonged. Otherwise you will disqualified from the tournament.
Even if you have already announced a few absences to me, post them here or I may forget them and disqualify you unfairly. By warning you in advance, I waive any responsibility for negligence so long as there is no dated proof in this thread. (The dates and times appear above your posts).

Im leaving for camp on the 13 and will not have ANY access to a comp when i am there. i think im there for eight days, then i come back for a day or two (( i will attempt a post or two here)) then i leave for wisconsin. i will have access to a comp there, but i will be limited to the chill times when we arnt visiting parents and relitives. then we come back, and we go to germany (( i think there is like three of four days off there, but i will post there)) i will have a comp in germany, but a little less limited then wisonsin. however, there i can stay up a hell of a lot later! then i come back from there then i will be free from that stuff. I will get you the actual date when i know it.
This tourney, cause i made a commitment, will take a priority when i have any access to a comp. this means alot to me and i will do my best not to stall it up

Well everyone, your host for this tournament is visiting family up in Maryland. I should have internet access, but I am listing the order of authority for running this tournament should I prove unable to respond within a reasonable frame of time. For the time being, if I'm unavailable, JadeAngelWings will be in charge. Immediately following her will be The Fierce Deity. I'd imagine they should be able to handle things, but if they are not, send a PM to Ichi`. I am sending all information regarding the start-up of round two to Jade right after this message. Should she not be up to the task of hosting, she'll forward the information to Deity. I trust that none of you would stoop so low as to try to use her to put things in your favor. Be advised that although she is in charge, she is a proxy by which I am continuing this tournament. Any issues you have with her authority should wait until my return unless absolutely necessary.
Well that's all for the emergency announcement. Any luck and Jade can relax, but this state of affairs is in effect until July 23rd, or the end of the tournament, whichever happens first.

Between Thursday, July 10th, and Tuesday, July 15th, the family and I will be going to Cancun. The trip is supposed to be all inclusive, but it is Cancun so I'd rather you assume I won't be posting regularly until afterward.

(( ok with round two up i think i can update my position in my journey (now that i finally have internet access). i am still in germany and will probably be here for about a week or so, then i go to home for about 3 days then i am off to me aunts and uncles house.
in germany i am in munich. but tommorow i am leaving for a little place in the middle of nowhere. (does the term no internet down californiway come to mind?) thank you for your patience with me, and i will be back in 2, 2.5 weeks tops. thanks))

the stay at my aunts was a little bit longer then expected, i just happened to find a computer that was hooked to the internet here. give me three more days and i should be ok

Okay everyone. My roomie and I finally got mostly moved in, which means I am back to my hosting duties for this tourney. Any transgressions to the rules will be partially pardoned as I was not around to administer the appropriate warnings and such, and the judges will be notified of any decisions that require their attention. Most things should be running smoothly again, but bear with me until then. I have a few other obligations that are worrying me a bit more at the moment (crazy I know).

While this isn't really isn't an absence, I'm just relaying that the amount of time I'm spending online in the next few weeks may considerably less, thus there may or may not be reduction in the time it takes me to post.
My Dad passed away this past Sunday and I didn't really want anything in the way of a pity party. As of late there has been some in fighting between my extended and immediate family as to how things are being handled.
As Rping is a great stress reliever for me, I do not wish to drop out of the tourney or any other rping I'm doing with other characters. So please bear with me on any absences that may occur, its doubtful there will be any considerably excessive.
