Blazestorm padded werily out of the warriors' den. Life here in ThunderClan was good but he was missing something... His daily conflicts with Wishchaser didn't help either. Eversince he was an apprentice she had only bothered him. Why couldn't she just accept the fact that he was here and leave him alone?

There was something deep inside of her that she could never control. It was like another being, but surely she was just imagining things. She would have to expect this strange quirk. There were times when she would do or say impulsive things that she wouldn't normally mean. Maybe she just needed anger management? But he other cats probably thought she was crazy. She couldn't confront any cat about this. Oh, just great Wishchaser caught sight of a tom with sparkling orange fur. They had conflict ever since he came from RiverClan. Something about him irked her -- and by her, she meant the other part of her. Sighing, she tried to walk past him t the pile of fresh killl without starting anything. But something raged in her when she passed him, when she smelled his scent. She glared at him. Wait, what'd I do?

Blazestorm watched as Wishchaser simply passed him but as soon as he caught her glare the fire inside of him burned. They needed to settle this. Marching over he whisked several foxlenghs away from Wishchaser. Suddenly, he whipped around and looked at her seriously with fire burning in his light green eyes. With his eyes narrowed he hissed, "What's your problem? Ever since I got here you've been giving me the cold eye. All the others have accepted me being here. Why can't you?"

Her thoughts and memories were fragmented. Wishchaser' tried not to show the telltale signs of fear - widened eyes, ruffled hair - but was too confused to hide it. He wasn't the only cat that made her think something was wrong with her. Before putting much thought into her reply, the answer spilled out, "I-I don't know...

"I don't know?" Blazestorm almost yowled in astonishment. "That's why you give me the sore eye everyday? Do you have any idea how it feels to come to a new clan with a persistant female who just wants to make your life harder?" His orange pelt brislted as he spoke. The emotion of his words flowed through his fur.

Wishchaser 's fur ruffled at his harsh tone. Her eyes narrowed defenseively, though she stood her ground. Resfusing to raise her voice, she replied calmly and indignantly, "No. I don't." She met his pale golden eyes, defiantly.

Blazestorm's eyes narrowed but he remained calm this time. She had no idea. She had no idea about how he felt about coming to ThunderClan... No idea of how he felt about her... "You just have no idea... No idea of how I really feel about you..." Too late. The words spilled out of his mouth as if he had no control.

How he really feels? Oh...he must really hate her. Wishchaser pondered upon all the trouble he said she caused him. But she couldn't remember....The only words that managed to leave her mouth was, "Wha--?"

Blazestorm was glad to see her puzzeled expression. He couldn't let her know how he really felt about her. As she stood there he spun around and walked away hoping for no more questions.

At the sight of him leaving, she took a step towards him without thinking. "Ah, p-please wait!" she mewed. Wishchaser soon realized that she didn't know what to say to him. She just didn't want blazestorm to leave...not on such bad terms as always...
