((Starting right off into it. We're at a park, with a lot of trees, and a lake. I'll add a picture, I guess, when I find one.))
Mink happily ran through the grass, not a care in the world upon her face. Why should she care? She was a kid, and had the whole world before her. Her own playground. She was only like this, when others were not around to see. When she was, she was more demure and quiet.

Joining the quiet scenery was a gentle sort of face; a man who didn't seem to have a care in the world, at the moment. In his arms, he carried a small child; a kitten, with a stripe of the same white as his own fur, but the red and the blue of the man with whom this baby was produced.
He strolled quietly, finally taking a seat on the nearest bench and setting the young boy down before him. The child, taking the opportunity to do so, waddled a distance from the older male, approaching the young fox-girl and reaching up to tug on a pant leg with one of his stubby hands.

Mink suppressed a small yelp, feeling something tug at her. She looked down and gasped softly, kneeling down to look at the baby. "Hi there, little one!" She said with a bright smile. "How'd you get out here?" She asked curiously, looking about. he spotted the man, and waved slightly.

The older man waved in return when he saw her, leaning back and watching the younger ones in a liesurely way.
"Ba!" the small child replied, grinning happily; as though having accomplished something amazing. "Waawa."

Mink knelt down and looked at the little one with a smile. "I'm Mink, what's your name, kiddo?" She said, laughing softly. She liked little kids. They were smaller than her, and had so much energy.

A joyful squeal came forth from the small one's mouth, and he groped up at her again, his tiny tail curling into a shape reminiscent of a question mark.
"Français," the older male explained with a chuckle, his voice low and sweet; melodic, even. "He can't quite talk, yet... let alone say his name."

Mink picked up the child, laughing softly. "He's heavy!" She exclaimed. She shifted his weight, and walked over to the older adult. "His name sounds french." She said with a giggle.

The young boy squealed rather fondly, squirming a little in the young girl's arms.
The older male chuckled. "Well, technically, it is French--for the word 'French'. I mean... I'm German, but he looks quite a bit like the French flag... and his... other father... convinced me to do it."
