Anyone else notice the recent announcement with the ending signature pan?
"Hey, everyone -- we have found a problem in a number of the flash areas wherein people could post videos and music of questionable taste in their chat windows, or reportedly the chat windows of other people. For now, we're disabling a number of the flash areas until we can fix the issue. We'll keep you updated; check back to this announcement for updates. ~pan"

Pan is most likely short for Panagrammic, the admin who made the announcement. He probably decided to sign it and that's why it's there.

Yes but I believe when they changed the admins avatar they stated that all admins would be computerized.

Oh it's definitely all living admins behind Gaia. I agree with MD. When it's a certain admin who wants the Gaians to know who put the message and realized what's up, they will sign their letter.

I don't think they quite have the technology to turn all the admin into robots. But someday. Someday.  {We are hear to protect...} Well Gaia may have some scripts superior to bots that allow them to type a announcement.

 We can assume that, but it might not be the case. It makes sense that someone types out the announcements since, as I'm sure everyone has noticed, there are quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes.

The announcements are made by the admins. Jacobo told us they made it so it wouldn't be difficult to edit someone else's posts/ unlock and announcement when they needed to say something else. Recently they've been signing with their own usernames - I think that's because Jacobo told them the users thought using Admin to make the announcements made admins and normal gaians drift further apart.
Jacobo is a very nice person heart
