There are many things in it, from the Medieval set to raptor horns to fairy wings to pimpin' hats, etc.
So, there are many, many things you can get from it, all worth a good amount of gold.

I think there was some glitch going around that a lot of people got Mytheral gold. Heck, I got one that was 40,000 and one that was 7,000. Though I think it's been fixed now...

I got so pissed when I saw that item. I mean, the admins were trying to stop inflation by making the 2% tax. Now what? We get an item that could give 1 mil? WTF?! Gaia, why do you do this to us?
....Plus... I can't get a cash card... ;_;

If you notice, though, a lot of the more expensive items have deflated a lot in the MP. The admins know that these items are really popular and people will buy a lot of them, so it's a smart move on their part.
Some of the older MCs are increasing in price, but that's natural. It's not like they are jumping in price by leaps and bounds.
I need to stop buying BoWs... I should save my money...

Yes, a lot of the more expensive things are lowering in price, AND more people are able to afford to buy those expensive items from the stores direct. Plus, a lot of people could just gamble their stuff away. Anyways, as far as the inflation of the donation items... well, most of them aren't worth what they are asked for, even before the Bag of Win. And likely, those that have them aren't looking to sell, and those looking to buy wouldn't be able to afford them without hitting it big. It sort of works out like that. As it is, most of the new users don't even know what the older items were anyways. Hardly anybody uses the older items that are actually affordable (even if expensive) so as a consequence, the only exposure newbs get to these items are through tektek.
