Every one has a job to perform in the castle. Whether it be guarding the door all day, welcoming visitors or cleaning the stables, it's all what keeps the castle running.
If you were, perhaps, a member of Jareth's court or staff, what do you think you would be? The court jester? Or maybe the Royal Babysitter?
What you choose to have has your station, you will be expected to uphold that within this guild (hypothetically speaking; there is no event coming up requiring your job position ;P).
I believe I would be the Head Chamber Maid, the woman in charge of giving instructions to the maids concerning baths and such. Naturally, Jareth has his valet, the individual responsible for bathing His Highness. So, don't think that by choosing a head station means you get naked benefits. domokun I'm picky about cleaning; however, I should learn to be a neat freak with my own room.

I'll be nice this time around and won't claim King.

However, I would like to be Jareth's court musician, despite the fact that he id quite self-sufficient in this manner. However, someone has to play the music when he decides to randomly get up to sing and dance.
I would be proficient in all sorts of instruments and styles, from the aristocrat families, like violin and piano, to instruments of goblin-heritage, which would probably consist of a lot of pots, pans, and other random household items.
During the King's free time, we would get together and write new songs to keep the goblins entertained. He would compose the tunes, and I would orchestrate and arrange them. We would also weave new spells into a particular selection of songs, so that whenever they are sung, amazing things will happen, whether it is to call a storm through the Underground or to capture the heart of a beautiful young girl.

i'd probably be the court jester or some form of entertainment because i like to perform or i would probably be a countess if they had one well they should hince the party scene and all the people

Wow. I'd probably wind up being one of the musicians on my spare time. Although I think I'm very good at composing or writing sheet music. I'd be pretty slow if I wrote music.
I enjoy creating and crafting things. So I guess I'd be the castle's craftsman. And create wonky rooms like that Escher staircase just to confuse the heck out of people visiting. :3 *nod*

hmmm, i think i'd be best suited as a chamber maidor a server. i like to clean and being a housekeeper/banquet server in real life gives me experience! besides i'm a people-person, i live to please.

I really wanna be one of those dansers from the ballroom in the movies. So I guess a royal danser. I preform at social gatherings to a quite afternoon with the king. And in my spare time I help the queen get ready in the morning. btw stars and smoke what the heck are you doing stealing sarah's spot!
oh well I don't care I'll dress you anyway. And then dance....also I like to sing so I can do that to.
