There are so many things that stand for V.F.D but wut does it really stand for??? There were so many V.F.D's Lemony Snicket mentioned including Volunteer's Fighting Diseas. Is he ever gonna tell us what it really stands for?? Let me hear your thoughts on this........... confused

lord_illpalazzo Voulenter Fire Department. Wow @_@ haven't seen you for a while. And yeah, that seems to be the most probable definite answer. The way I see it though, that was what VFD originally stood for, however they now use it to denote any sort of thing that they have affiliation with.

I was talking to my mom about VFD, and she had like, no clue what I was talking about, so she was like, "Maybe it stands for 'Very Fortunate Destiny'" And I'm all like "*gasp*" Lol, yeah, but I still have no clue. I haven't even read all of the books... sweatdrop
