I kind of agree with what she says.
It seems logical to me, and it would really cut down on complaints.
One of the people--I don't know who--but one of them said that Mods seem godly to regular users. To some people, it's true. If they communicated more, users would become more comfortable with them, and with more comfort, there would be a sort of trust and users would know who to go to if there was a problem.

Jakobo has been everything on Gaia, now he's a behind the scenes developer. Also, I think Gaia needs a real life Support Staff, not just certain admins who can work with hacking issues. -.-;

The Iron Magus So much dissatisfaction with Gaia lately... *sigh* At least it wasn't just me. I'd hate to think I had just gotten crabby in my old age. Cheer up emo kid. Just because other people are dissatisfied doesn't mean you aren't still crabby. biggrin
