Distinguishing Marks: A scar that starts on his left cheek and goes across the bridge of his nose and his right eye and ends at his right temple.
Other: Shiromaru is a water demon, and sports horns and (sometimes) wings.
Personality: Formerly rather quiet, depressed and reserved, Shiro has recently discovered a wonderful reason to let out the effervescent, warm, outgoing personality he'd kept locked within. He loves people, loves music and loves the water.
History: Even Shiro himself doesn't quite know his full history, where he was born, or even his real name or who his parents were. Somewhere between the age of twenty-five and fifty, he lost his memory in an accident, and woke up in a flat, black land. He was found when he was still confused and frightened and taken to the demon realm, where he lived for fifty years. He escaped there and fled when he could to Gaia, where he has lived for the past century.

Personality: Trio is usually cheerful and exciteable, and adores opening her home to new friends. She does have her darker moments, though she generally prefers to have them in private, disliking showing such things to others. Trio depends on the others in her household to help her out, and most of them do. Many of her companions look out for each other, although the occasional disagreements have sometimes resulted in rather strong tension.
Notes: She has many Gaians she cares for, but few ever penetrate far enough into her defenses to be truly and fully trusted. Even her closest friends do not know the full story of her past, and none have met her family, though it's obvious that she adores her fathers.

 Shy, timid Xuan -- "Jade," as most of the household calls him -- is one of Etain's closest friends in her home. She seems to have developed a bond with Jade, perhaps due to their similar natures.
Jade sleeps in a massive dollhouse built straight into one of the rooms in Shiro's household; his conveniently doll-sized stature means that he can fit right into the dollhouse, since it was fit to scale for someone of his general height. All of the pixapets he guards sleep there as well, scattered throughout the many, many doll-sized rooms, lounging on furniture and generally being loving pests.
If Jade is the proof that like calls to like, then Kitai is the living embodiment of 'opposites attract.' Kitai is playful, mischievous, and loves nothing more than to try and trick a smile onto Etain's lips. In spite of (or perhaps because of) this habit, he's friends with Jade as well, and also sleeps in the dollhouse.

Blue: Shiro's other beloved, and WinK's older brother. Archangel of earth. Shiro wasn't entirely certain about Blue at first, but his easy-going nature -- much like his brother's -- put Shiro at ease before too long, and he fell and fell hard for the earth angel.
Shinobu Angel: No longer living in Gaia, but desperately missed nonetheless, Shinobu is both Shiromaru's ex-lover and his twin brother, in addition to being Etain's original caretaker.
WinK: Archangel of water, and one of Shiro's dear friends; oddly, they didn't get along at first -- Shiro was jealous of WinK's easy friendship with Trio, and WinK found this amusing, and thus teased Shiro. Needless to say, WinK's light-hearted teasing and friendly demeanor soon won over the water demon.
Youko and Envy: Shiro has been friends with these two for a long time, but he doesn't get to see them nearly as often as he would like. Their playful natures are ones he truly appreciates and finds comfort in.
Reverend Smooth: Formerly known as Sakurako-sama. When the Reverend is in town, s/he stays at Shiro's place. They're very old friends.

Epona, Etain's beloved horse, given to her by Trio. Etain's not old enough yet to really ride by herself, but Epona is so patient and gentle that Etain doesn't really mind.
Dakota is Etain's constant companion and guardian. Even if it doesn't look like Dakota's nearby, one can always rest assured that he's hidden somewhere close and watching.

Etain wears this locket with Annora's and Keelan's images inside.
Shiromaru wears the matching one, with two pictures of Etain within.
Shiro brought her these plushies one day, and Etain absolutely fell in love with them. They cover her bed now.
This little trinket is one of Etain's hair barrettes.
Etain has a bit of a soft spot for lollipops, and they're a very special treat that she gets once in a while.
This bracelet is a good-luck charm that Etain wears around her wrist.
The pegasus seed is a precious orb that is kept in a locked case that Etain can see into. She's not allowed to hold it yet, but perhaps when she gets a bit older... On a silver card next to the pegasus seed, the following is written: 'A winged unicorn was created by a divine force to protect the innocent souls of children. This unicorn still protects those with pure hearts, and good souls.'
Much like the pegasus seed, the clairvoyance potion is something that Etain isn't allowed to touch, but can look at. When it comes to a point where Etain is ready, Shiromaru will let her have it.
Efios brought this pretty trinket to Etain, and Etain fell absolutely in love with it. It never comes off now.
Shiro picked up these four tassels for Etain to switch out on the corner of her mp3 player.

Etain's relic, the sky gem. It's beautiful. Etain as a baby. Quite possibly the most beautiful baby in Gaia... but then, Shiro's biased. Etain as a toddler, and shy and sweet as ever. Occasionally, there comes a time when a Changeling's caretaker can no longer look after them. Thankfully, it doesn't happen often, but when it does, all efforts will be made to find a new caretaker who will look after the little one and raise them as if the child were their own.
Thanks to you, a Changeling has another chance at life in our realm. Thank you for looking after Etain!
