Bus rides, most people don't like them.But I'm one of the weirdo's who does.Not a regular bus ride.A bus ride w/ the band.I love riding in the bus for hours apon hours w/ the band,b/c it's so fun!All my friends are there,and we talk about the weirdest things,I mean,we ARE all band geeks so I mean,that's to be expected.But me,being the curious person I am,wanted to see who else liked bus rides w/ the bands.

Since I haven't gone on a trip with our actual band yet I can't really answer that... But jazz band trips kick a**! They rock! XD

Haha, what happens on the band bus, stays on the band bus.
The band bus is awesome. They're just regular buses, but being loaded with band kids makes it soooooooooo fun and LOWD.

Hehe, last tour we went on, someone grabbed one of my friends butts. (They're both guys,) so my friend says stop. Like any annoying sax player, he does it again. Again, my friend tells him to stop. On his third try, my friend spins around, grabs his wrist, and flips him over his shoulder, all of this happening in that little corridor... It was amazing... blaugh

Nothing like a 20 hour trip to florida with the band. Half of that time is spent singing "puff the magic dragon", the rest drinking yoo-hoo and freestyle raping ( imagine the whitest people you kno trying to rap) lol

OMFG! rofl That's hilarious!
Well, seeing as how I'm a Flag during MB, and we're the WEIRDEST people in the entire Band/School, we have some, needles to say, "interesting" bus rides. Let's just say you don't wanna play Truth Or Dare with us... twisted

OH! This one time, we were driving to an away game, and one of the buses broke down, so the Flags took about 10 instrumentalists on our bus. The senior flags asked them if they wanted to play Truth Or Dare, and, well, I won't go into detail, but there were some lap dances, a burping contest, and a make over for a trumpet named Brian. XD

I love riding with the band since i can talk to all my friends then. There was this one time though that we took a trip to six flags and we had to fit our band(Concert and Symphonic) onto two busses so every one was scrunched together. Not only that but we were riding charter busses so they had air conditioning and all that jazz well one bus was super cold and the other one was absolutely hot!

I hate it. I friggin' hate it. ;_;
Some of the "bigger" instruments were carried on the bus. And there were, like, what, seventy something people on the bus.
Some of us aren't exactly the smallest people.

ok, since this year ... i love riding the band buses ... but the years before (3 to be exact) were hell ... we have this thing called hand checks ... if you don't raise ur hands and have something on them other then food ... u get in big trouble ... and no blankets if it was a boy and a girl in the seat ... ridiculous ... but now there are no more hand checks and we can have blankets once again (oh thank google) ... but trips are sooo much fun with everyone

I think I would enjoy band bus rides a whole lot more if I had friends in band . . . I mean I do have friends in band, but they have other friends who they're better friends with, so they sit with them and leave me alone a lot.

I LOVE the bus rides w/ the band!! we have so much fun. we take pics make jokes. our drumline even sings with the radio!! its soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny. i feel bad for sports people cause they don't really have as much fun as us. i know this cause a lot of our band is in sports too. they say band bus rides win!! you should see the look on peoples faces when they see a bus full of hungry band kids running (some tripping) into McDonalds, Wendys, or wherever we stop. They i swear to god have smiles on thier faces then we all get off the bus and they frown. the manager is happy for the money , but the workers don't like waiting on all of us. its sooooo funny to mess w/ the workers though.
