Basic Plot of the RPRight after the end of the series (and... um, I'm afraid nothing to do iwth the second one, cuz I dont know anything about it. sweatdrop ) Everyone going on, trying to deal in their own way with what happened, loosing Atemu, it all being over, etc. However, unknown to them, its not that simple. A little less then a thousand years ago, a secretive coorporation found out about Atemu when digging a tomb. They realized that said pharaoh would have the capabilities, especially if brainwashed/modified, to take over the world. Since then, they'd been researchign and preparing. It only got worse as science progressed..... and today, they have a genetically inhanced, almost identical Atemu with implanted memories. All they needed was the soul.... surveylance was kept over the resting place.... until finally they knew the time was right. They proceeded to go about an ancient ritual at the beggining and end of 42 days (the time it takes for reincarnation to take place) and their modified Atemu became conscious.... However, it's also conflicted- he still has his connection to Yugi, if mostly blocked, and flickering memories from his life before.... so, yeah. Thats one setting. (And a note- I plan to turn this into a fanfiction as well, though that certainly doesn't stop it from being rped first! icon_heart.gif) What’s Happened in the RPG So Far (An extremely concise summary)Even a week after Atemu moves on, everyone is still affected. Jounouchi suggests they go to Burger World. By utter chance, Seto is there and they run into Malik. Jounouchi calls out to Kaiba, who mocks them and interrogates the group. Yuugi storms off, Jounouchi, Ryou and Malik leave as well. Seto meets up with Yuugi in the woods, presses him about what happens. Yuugi breaks down and says a little, Seto starts to comfort and leave. Atemu is revived! Freak storm happens. Jounouchi, Ryou, Malik and Anzu head over to Ryous. Yuugi heads towards his house. Yugioh-
Note- everyone may only play ONE MAIN yugioh character, of their choice. The rp will contain mainshipping, (atemu/yugi/seto/jounouchi) but aside from that, pairings etc are the choice of the characters. Not all the characters listed will necassarily take part, but they are available. If you want to play an unlisted character, please tell me! x3
You may still be one main yugioh character and one secondary one.
Also note- the one who plays Atemu will have to have information pmed to them, and also, please be supportive and helpful for the mainshipping aspect. heart

Rules
Try to play as in character as possible (obviously).
Don't be rude to other players.
If you want to join, post the character you want. Also, feel free to add suggestions.
HOWEVER, all non roleplay posts should have some sort of indicator (once the rp starts.)

PLEASE, WRITE LITERATE POSTS! This rp is going to be done in story format. I don't have a problem with waiting for people who can write story format.
Do not be rude to other players, and please, WHILE POSTING ON GAIA, KEEP IT PG-13 AND UNDER! If you want more explicit things, take it to another program so that no one gets banned, k? heart
You must be on enough to rp the character you choose

This is to make things easier for me, but also so we know when everyone's here, thus can start again. If characters go unclaimed for a certain time, I'll have to make them up for grabs, if the rp is to continue.... though I'd rather not, as I was enjoying the dynamics thusfar.

If you have a hard time finding all the characters, would it be okay for someone to play two instead of one. Of course, they wouldn't be able to have two main characters. This is just a suggestion. As an example, I'm playing Jounouchi, but I would also like to play Shizuka, as long as she wouldn't be a very main character. ^^;;

^_^;; I was going to say Otogi first, because he's my kind of crazy, but in all the rps I've been in, honda's only been played once- by me. And he was OTogi's roommate, with his 7 or so posts of fame. This was in the RP where Isis was running a modelling company.

I dont see why not. ^_^ That could be fun to work in there.... :3 Edit- BTW, how will you want to go about it- through Atemu''s access to the shadow realm, or them experimenting on trying to make one of the monsters, or something else entirely? heart
