| xxxxx T H E F I F T H D A Y O F M A R C H : Y E A R O N E xxxxx| / / It was dark, and the clanking had finally silenced, in the middle of the dirty rug sat a teenage boy, clothes were on him but were wearing thin. A man stood above him looking down on him and barked another order, and he did as he was told. He wiped the blood quickly from his nose and hurried to the washroom where he started on his war. Hymn, began to hum and thought as he did his work. He had no recollection of his past life, he just remembered waking up here a few months ago, and ever since he had been working. He had to get away.
Hymn, the teen, stood firm as he walked into the closet storing a few of the towels and stuffed a few quickly into a back in a hidden area he had discovered in the closet. The boy stood firm as he closed the door and went back again grabbing another towels. Peas. Washing off the green stains he threw it into the heating bin where another boy took it out after a few minutes folding it. The family was a family of five, constantly busy, two parents, a grandmother, and twins girls. To take care of each as a task in its own, a hard one.
Stretching his left arm he finished up the last of the towels and stood up shutting off the machine, listening as the water rushed into the land he wasn't allowed, outside. Tiptoeing to the closet again he grabbed the small rucksack and hid it under the weird patterned close he wore and adjusted his helmet. Later tonight he would, for now he would have to survive.
It wasn't to late, maybe midnight when the creaking happened. Throughout the small mansion a figure walked silently sliding through the doors and passed the small masters room. Hurdling over the stair pole he fell about fifteen foot into the floor below and rolled. Paralyzed for only a second he laughed as he was as silent as a mouse, and kept creeping. Sliding open the small door, he ran out into the open moonlight, running north, the pack containing all he would need, Amies wasn't far off, just about an hours run.
Vines and trees dotted his eyesights border but he kept on, the fog crept through the forest the bogs spreading their reeking smell by the wind. Pausing he sniffed and continued, pausing every few feet to glance making sure he was running north. Tossing back his head he looked around at the canopy and lowered it again to fall back as a vine flew down almost catching him. Fear took over, and he dashed around trees his hands tearing as the swung destroying the area, even the stupidest people could tell someone went through here. He didn't pause instead his step picked up to a jog than a run as he kept going. Twenty. Fifteen. Teen. Five. As Hymn broke through he gasped for air to find it was still as thick as that in the forest. He was new to this, but now where, he had no idea who he was.
He needed a home and money.

| xxxxx T H E T W E N T Y - N I N T H D A Y O F M A R C H : Y E A R O N E xxxxx| / / Journal Entry One Dear Journal,
I guess, times have been a bit different. Since I've been setteled in with Sojo, my life has changed. From no longer working hours a day I only work and sleep a few, I am now outside more. Sitting most of the time and listening. Did you know, journal, that nature is like a boat as see? It shifts and changed to a steady beat, the beat of life. As one bird chirps, another replied happily. It's ironic, I know but, its very pleasing.
Oh, journal, I am learning to write better, since my writings almost unreadable, its beginning to improve. I will try to write more, but other than that, Sojo.
He's a nice guy, short and annoying, but high-spirited none the less. I have heard him crying sometimes, I wonder why. He won't tell me. I met another lady though, Aevah. Very sweet woman, she seems to observe me constantly, its frightening. Oh ya! I have been cleaning still, sort of a habit I developed. Its nice though.
The days here are long, and open, I've found myself already in trouble a few times, I just laugh. Sojo, seems to be happier. I talk a little, but I help him write his documents and send them off on this white, pretty bird. Its name is De'Van Chetae, Che for shirt. She's big though.. very big. About a foot and a half, fat too. Haha.
Well I better go, Sojo wants me to go to the market with him, I wonder what it will be like..
Hymn!

| xxxxx T H E T E N T H D A Y O F M A Y : Y E A R O N E xxxxx| / / Journal Entry Two Hymn walked silently toward the double mahogany doors which blocked the entrance to the giant bright house, newly constructed in the middle of the forest. Intent on voicing his opinion Hymn jerked open the door letting it fly inward impacting the wall which is swung too on both sides. He made his way quickly across the Parlor and Living room gliding into the Kitchen where Sojo stood steadily broiling some soup. "What in the world!?" snapped Hymn glaring at Sojo through the visor he wore over his eyes.
Sojo looked up, the trance of him cooking broken by the bombardment of Hymn. "Oh, it is soup." he replied avoiding the topic about the house which they just moved into. The house was middle Victorian and lightly colored throughout. Guarding the house, was a white picket fence which led onto the porch. Each window was draped with maroon curtains, enhancing the light mahogany look of the house.
The inside was nicely decorated, even in a big house Sojo filled the place up with artifacts and furniture, allowing as many to stay as need be. Each room was decorated beautifully, each tying to the houses overall theme, heaven.
Sojo currently stood at one of four stoves in the Kitchen each broiling with pots, all sorts of things cooking. Herbs occupied the counter, and vegetables right along side it. Moving around he looked back at Hymn who, impatiently, waited for a more reasonable reply. "I needed the space."
"Oh really," growled Hymn marching off knowing the contest was already lost. The two lives had been chaos since Hymn had found Sojo, after a short time, they agreed they needed their own place. This mansion was that result. Being a god Sojo had unlimited cash expenses here on earth, and that allotted for this project.
Dashing out of the Kitchen into the Library Hymn quickly climbed the staircase and exited back out of the red maple room. Entering his own he tossed off the Visor blinking a few times as his eyes adjusted to the pure darkness, glowing silently he sat on his bed. It was impossible for Hymn to see in the daylight, barley in half-day or cloudy ones, but night time it was perfectly visible.
Tossing unsteadily Hymn picked back up the visor leaving the room in another rage. Stomping back down the main staircase he entered living room again and crossed to the kitchen. Staring back at Sojo, Hymn relaxed his muscles un-tensing. "Do you mind if I go work in the garden?" he asked hoping to slow the conversation rage between the two.
His reply, was a simple nod of the head as Sojo stayed pre occupied in cooking a feast for another couple of unknown guests who would be here this evening. Therefore Sojo's office was off limits as that was as far as they could transcend. Hymn was still mad at the fact that they had to move, but he figured the anger between the two wouldn't help. Slowly escaping the hot temperature of the house he crossed to his garden kneeling down to work on it.

| xxxxx T H E F I F T E E N T H D A Y O F J U N E : Y E A R O N E xxxxx| / / Journal Entry Three Dear Journal,
I've been so busy lately. You know. With the move and all I find myself wandering just what will become of us in this new house. I was talking with Sojo the other day and we noticed just how big this house really is, he wants to open up some sort of care center for the dusts... more of them, great. I find myself just fine being here in this big open space, but you know I can never take off my helmet inside during the day, to much light...
Oh! I was pondering something, one of the dusts Sojo mentioned... I can't remember his name, seemed really need. Aevah (sp) is his guardian or something.
Ah right! We finished plowing for the garden today, so no more trips into the market once it grows. Completely healthy, of course. I think it will be a change for the better for both of us, the only problem we have is that the garden sits on a hill so we had to add little terraces, or levels.
I find it funny on a quick note, I was reading my past entries and noticed two different types... I guess it goes to show how I right depending on my mood..
I need to get out more...
Hymn!
