Many of those you already have listed are quality and entertaining animes. There are also some real classics on there that will always be treasured, such as Vampire Hunter D and Bloodlust.
One of my all time favorites is Trigun.

I've had a real appreciation for Princess Tutu. That is one of the few anime series that have had enough emotional depth to make me cry.
Trigun was another: the death of Wolfwood.
Miyazaki films are also very dear to me while I do enjoy Ghost in the Shell every now and again.
