I wasn't active for awhile, i was stuck in the hospital after having a heart attack during wrestling practice at school, but now I'm alright and all I have to do is stay away from salty foods and drink more water. And good news is that i'm still apart of the wrestling team biggrin

I'm 13, yeah i'm a little young to get a heart attack, it must have been my asthma that caused it, but since its all over I don't have to worry about it. Unless it happens again...oh well and thanks biggrin Well, a lack of Oxygen could be a good reason for your heart to go nuts but I doubt that it's a weight problem, since you're in a sport and all....
