almost every day and night i will have thease...flashes of my most layal and trusted friends saying stuff like,...
"HES BEHIND YOU!" or, "watch your back here he comes..." or, "look to your left." and out of no whare i do and there is this black shadow that is in the shape of a man and hes got the fealing that something bad or horribly bad will happen...and i am really really REALLY getting scared of it...remember....its in broad day light and night time that it happeds....and if it werent for the people that are saying that stuf...idk what would happen... sad help?

I had the same problem. Except I could sense it myself my an odd tingle from the back of my head and a pull from the center of my spine...

I actually started keeping a small amethyst crystal by there area where I sat and always sensed it.

If I were to use a stone cause I was edgy about some shadow thing, I'd personally probably go for one of the black or metallic looking stones, mind you, its a preference for methods and properties. I'm with Jade, don't be afraid and ignore them. I usually watch my shadows, sometimes I'll play around with one or two, but I usually get bored after sometime. I don't recall there being anything the shadows have done that I'm aware of aside from being there.

I think anyones theory is as likely to be right as anyone elses. I don't think they're a very big issue, but they are interesting I suppose. I'm inclined to believe most of them are more then just thoughtforms and such, but I wouldn't be surprised if (assuming the 'shadow people' are actually some form of a group thing) some 'shadow people' are actually something else thats been misidentified. Outside of that, I'll stop before I talk too much out my a** unprovoked.

I honestly think it's just paranoia. I have it pretty bad so I'm familiar with it. There have been nights where something tickles the back of my neck and catches my attention. I look over and I see a large cloak hanging in mid air. I freak out of course. Then I realize it was the corner of my pillow. It's hard for people who are involved in parapsychology because we know all the crap it could be. When you separate the truth from reality, I'd say about only 20-45% people witness something like that every year. It's hard to get a solid number and I'm just pulling these numbers out of my head. Who knows, maybe you saw something. But until you have some good proof, assume your eyes were tricking you. ^_^
