omg. so i dated this (totally awesome rolleyes 4laugh heart ) guy for almost a year. then he dumped me, and i hate his guts. and i hafta see him every class! burning_eyes burning_eyes burning_eyes burning_eyes

no i always dated guys in other sections and at my schol i dont think i know anyone going out with someone in the same section i am a lowbrass and i did go out with a trombone once...... it only worked out for about 2 months =P i also went out with a saxophone and a trumpet stressed stressed stressed stressed i hate the trumpets guts and i have to see him every band class scream stare burning_eyes burning_eyes burning_eyes twisted twisted twisted

No, but a guy who was in my section during marching band told me he wanted to ask me to a dance after it was too late to get tickets for it...
I'm a little glad I couldn't go, in retrospect, though. One, you have to see the people in your section so much that, if it is small, it could be awkward (like ours was. Three people, and next year, I may be alone), and two, he was kind of a jerk. x[

I liked one of the other trumpet players for....wow, like three or four years? Although I decided I didn't want to date him after about two. And no, he didn't like me back.
But I ended up with the bass trombonist, which is nice 3nodding

Well not excactly.
I play flute and I dated a guy who played Tuba.
I got to see him in band though.
But then he quit band....then he dumped me.
Now I cry everytime I see a Tuba.

Can't say I have; my section is all girls. Except for one boy, but I doubt he would date anyone in the section. Or maybe he would? I don't know....

I like this really hot guy in my section, I think he thinks were friends but I don't know he doesn't talk to much people and he friends with someone that I think is a jerk, OW WELL, I like them hot...
I saw him looking at me during class before-like he was in a trance.

Im dating a fellow Trombone right now. He plays both tenor and bass trombone. He's real cute. We've been going out about a month and a half.

I would but....my section is that basic all guy trombone section...i hope next year theres a girl..(i say that because when all the eigth graders got together at the high school i saw 1-2 girls on the trombone from other schools...but that was around christmas time..)

no cause i'm the only one in my section. i play the oboe through middle school (freshman in AUGUST!) but my first, current and only so far boyfriend is in percussion and i'm gonna play percussion on marching band all through high school so maybe if you twist it and burn iot yes i do date someone from my section.

The other trombones this year were just arrogant jerks, so I passed.
I, as a rule, wouldn't date someone in my section.
I get very emotional when I play, and I think playing with someone I was going out with would be disastrous.
Although I could see myself going out with our pianist... he's so sweet.
