Special Abilities:
From Infant/Toddler: While bane can kill, only physical contact with and not proximity effect Surion.
As a child: Surion learns to control the power to heal which is channelled from his energy through the Kerrsalian gem in his forehead. He also learns some mild controls over the element of water, when he uses said powers his eyes turn to a deep emerald green color. Surion also learns to use the ability to float. His mother has warned him if he changes and gets wings it is very likely he will lose that ability.
As a Teen: Surion continues to learn to use his Kerrsalian abilities, soon mastering the ability to become invisible and to control whether or not he makes things he holds invisible as well. He also has become rather good at Alchemy, although this is a skill he rarely practises.
As a Young Adult: Surion has now lost his ability to float, replaced, like his mother, with the ability to take flight. He was sure he would continue his studies in Kerrsalian powers, as well as alchemy as he grew older.
As a Adult: Surion continues to have his prior skills, but has now learned to plane-shift as well as is learning more skills from Dragono.


About Surion: Born in the late night of May 5th, Surion is the 4th Child to Torvil and 3rd by birth to Ala. Unlike his Siblings he is growing up at a slower speed. He is the only child of the family who was born with a tail. He hasn't always liked the fact that he grows slower then his siblings or his cousin, as a toddler at the cliffs felt he was too small. As an infant and toddler Surion spent most of his time at the house and shop a distance from Barton. He was very often babysat by Tinania. Though for the later portion of his toddler days he and his family spent time at the cliffs where his father is from. The cliffs are a good 12 hour flight from Surion's main home which obviously is even further by foot and there are no roads to it as there is most definitely no cars there. Technology of the cliffs is much lower then the rest of Gaia, in the cliffs steel is the greatest thing and the thought of electricity is unheard of.

At the cliffs he felt a good amount of hardships including watching everyone around him grow up much faster then he does. He watched his cousin become a child before him and even a young adult and have a clutch of children. It was also at the cliffs that Surion gain a fear, the fear of a dire plains jaguar after being chased by one as a toddler, think of a dire plains jaguar as an oversized jaguar while the average jaguar may have an overall length of more than 7 feet, and can weigh anywhere from 250 to 400 pounds, you can at least double many of those figures for the dire. The size of the paws of one of the dire plains jaguars at the cliff is the size of a small dinner plate. At the cliffs Surion became a child, after which he learned more about hunting from his grandfather and soon after went on his first hunt with his father, facing likely one of his greatest fears to that time, going down the ramp which was the exact same one the jaguar had chased him up only weeks before. Surion faced his fear and his totem actually did become the dire plains Jaguar though that did not come before the jaguar did some serious injury to Surion. This experience was the trigger that caused Surion's Kerrsalian abilities to manifest themselves, first healing and then later floating and control of water.

Over the course of time since Surion became a child until now Surion faced seeing the girl he had a serious crush on date others and felt the feelings of a broken heart. Things have changed since those feelings and now Surion is dating Tinania and hopes dearly that she will become his mate/wife and eventually they will raise a family together.

Surion is overjoyed as he and Nani have grown closer to each other over the course of time. On New Years eve night they decided it was time to share something that was most precious to both. And in doing so without knowing, by the customs of the Faery Dragonic race which he inherits from his paternal side, he marries Tinania. It is now their plan to move out together... as soon as the house is ready

A house in the depths of the Emerald Haven estates is where he and his mate Nani now live, he grew, emotionally and physically during the time he was a teenager, having Nani dissappear for a long period of time, as well as dealing with the seperation of his parents while at the cliffs protecting them from their enemy was enough to make him wary of what is to come in the future, the only thing he is not wary of is his relationship with Tinania.

Surion met a male in the club he worked at and in the following date Surion found himself in a world he did not know, nor with any memories whatsoever. There are very few things he remembers, and he only wound up with a few of his most his most important belongings with him. He no longer remembers Tinania, nor almost anything of Gaia. He can plan-shift and return to either his new home in Faerun or the world of Gaia, Surion is very much a confused male who wants to remember his past very badly, and is searching to locate it.

Surion has returned to Gaia, he lives in teh home that he once shared with a mate. He has begun to move on, to start again, and to let go. He has adopted himself a serogate family of sorts in his good friend Ceres and her family.

Surion's Familiar's
Senti & Kuyl
These two dragonettes are always at Surion's side, or rather at his shoulder.

Senti is a jaguar patterned dragonette whom during the day and Surion's waking hours he stays in his living dragonette form. He sits on Surion's shoulder with his tail wrapped around Surion's upper arm whenever Surion's arm is uncovered. He stores extra energy for Surion which he has gathered from his bonded (Surion). He speaks telepathically with Surion though to all others what they here is a chittering sound. When Surion is asleep Senti spends his time in his wooden form atop the crystal-bladed spear which was given to Surion by Eirnae during his search for Tinania. Senti is curious and sometimes even playful, and he most certainly likes attention.

Kuyl is a psudo dragon red and black in color whom Surion found during his travels in the lands surrounding Faerun city. He has come to be inseperable from Surion, however he is rather protective of the male. He tends to ride Surion's opposite shoulder to Senti whom he tolerates. When Surion takes his cloak off Kuyl often can be found resting atop of it protecting it. Though this is the case in a lot of instances it is not always the case and sometimes will be found atop Surion's shoulder even when the male's cloak is elsewhere.

Distinguishing features: Blue gem imbedded in her forehead. Also her Eyes turn green when she uses her power over water or energy. A long thin black dragons tail which goes all the way to the floor and back up to about her knees in length and small horns. A mess of scars from her left wrist all the way up to her shoulder.

Special Abilities: Alatariel has the power to control water, she can also ghost walls and has the power to heal through the gem imbedded in her forehead as well as become invisible, one further ability Ala has harnessed is the power to control her inner energy which mainly is used for defense, attack or creating water crystals. About the Kerrsal:
The physical makeup is that they appear in most senses to be that of an average human, most don't age in appearance past the age of 30, however a Kerrsal have a very long lifespan sometimes lasting a few hundred years. They have the ability to float/levitate as well as the ability to ghost solid objects such as doors and walls and turn themselves invisible. The Kerrsal have the power to create and control water as well as some minimal powers over energy. The strongest power a Kerrsal has though is their power to heal, the energy for which comes from the gem firmly imbedded in their forehead of which if it were to ever be destroyed the Kerrsal in question would be killed instantly. A trained Kerrsal can also look into another's eyes and tell exactly what race they come from. A Kerrsal can also go for several days before eating if they do not expend energy using their powers. When a Kerrsal's powers begin to manifest the Kerrsal loses the ability to dream.

In the history of the Kerrsal many of them became Liches, when this happened the wisened ones of the race placed the children of those who chose the way of the Lich with human families no human family had more then one Kerrsal infant or child placed with them. Many of these children have returned to the home of the Kerrsal, those who did not were presumed dead. Their old civilization a ruin is guarded by a guardian who does not show itself unless the person is a member of the Kerrsal Wisen council or to defend the ruins if the visitor to the ruins seeks to do further damage to it.

The Kerrsal's race has been slowly becoming nearly non existent for two reasons, first is that when two Kerrsal unite in marriage it is for life and cannot be separated. And second when a Kerrsal woman becomes impregnated and gives birth, it can take months to years before they become fertile again, in essence the Kerrsal are unable to reproduce fast enough for their population to grow.

Kerrsal's weaknesses mainly have to do with their gem and their energy. If a Kerrsal's gem is destroyed they are dead, no hopes of ever fixing it. Running out of energy mostly comes from using ones energy non stop, example healing a very bad injury may cause them to pass out. Also staying awake and not sleeping or eating will draw on a Kerrsal's energy as well, rendering them unable to use most of their powers until they have regained their energy. However they are not invulnerable to physical damage either, they can take damage just like their human counterparts though their body may heal that damage quickly, but rapid damage to their body would take more and more energy to heal, the less energy they have the more chance they have in passing out, during which it takes longer to heal, as well as the less powers they have to use.

Past and Present:
Ala's Past is one that always bothered her. As an infant she was abandoned by her mother and placed in the care of human parents. Now for most people this may be fine but for Ala it wasn't for the reason that when each family found out she had abilities that were not human she was ejected from the home and wound up placed with a new family. After a time Ala began to hide her abilities as well as keep her hair long as to hide the gem firmly imbedded in her forehead. Ala knew nothing about why she had the powers and abilities she had nor did she have the full ability to control them, only 2 of her abilities manifested themselves these being her ability to heal and to float/disappear.

Ala first came to Telrunya Isle in Gaia in the beginning of October 2004, she became the caretaker of a Pae'il named Estralita. She began to spend large amounts of time on the isle though she still hid her abilities for fear of rejection. Through her Pae'il she met a young man around her age whom she came to be close friends with over time. She harbored feelings for him but expressed them only in the form of friendship as he already had a mate. It was to this young man she first revealed her powers, when he had been badly hurt, to her surprise though he did not reject her for who she was, though at the same time she learned of the different powers and abilities he had. Over time her friendship with him grew and she came to call him her brother for as far as she knew she had no siblings. Soon Ala left the isle, Estra had married and begun to have her own family and Ala felt it time to move on to try new things though she never broke contact with Estra. Ala took over a shop in the ancient world of the Balan Levain and was thrilled when Torvil said he would join her and help. Here in the shop is where Ala learned of Torvil's skills with remedies and potions. As well it was here where Ala learned of her race and met her twin sister Kalyai who has been wonderfully forthcoming with information when she needed it. It was also here that Ala learned that her mother by birth had become a Lich and that she had in her possession her mother's Plantar which Ala gave to Torvil in a locked box to put in a safe place.

It was one of these remedies that Ala found herself under it's effects when he gave it to her to help her regain her strength when their two Alpha Balan got injured in a fight against the Shadow creatures that bordered their land. Under this remedy she found herself unable to tell anything but the truth, which of course brought out some of her deeper secrets including her attraction to him. To her surprise the attraction and love felt was mutual, as well to her surprise she learned that his previous relationship had dissolved. After a long talk and a walk Ala and Torvil wound up in the forests away from the shop. Here she learned of the quickness of his race's pregnancies as he warned her of what might happen if their relationship deepened. Ala accepted that risk and to her surprise woke the next morning expecting. She hadn't been how sure her race's ability to mate was or what might happen in a mating between their races but she very quickly learned he told no lie about the speed of the pregnancy and that night she birthed two children, a daughter whom they named Selene and a son Torvin, whom they named after Torvil's first daughter. Both children were both with nubs of horns and a blue gem firmly imbedded in their foreheads as well as dark hair and pointy ears like their mother but sharp pointy teeth and the growth rate of their father. Soon Ala found herself not only being called mommy by the two rapidly growing children she birthed but also being called Mom by Torvil's first child, which to her was perfectly fine. Her twin sister Kalyai provided some information about the Kerrsal's fertility and the chances of pregnancy which came to be very good information.

Torvil and Ala have wed, they used a nearly 100% Kerrsal traditional wedding. 3 items are mandatory in a Kerrsal wedding first is the ceremonial goblet, an intricately decorated goblet made of silver, in the wedding both of the bride and groom unite their waters in it and partake of it, It's a unity that bonds the two together in a bond for life. And the others are 2 silver headpieces very Elven in appearance. These are worn by the bride and groom the never ending pattern symbolizes never ending love. The two have to write their own vows to each other, the ceremony itself is witnessed by a member of each of our families and would normally take place in the presence of a wisened one but for Torvil and Ala will be done in the presence of the one Elders of Torvil's people whom he trusts as Ala does not know any of her own people besides Kalyai. The items given to them by Kalyai were made especially for Torvil and Ala by a Kerrsal silver-smith who not only certified by the Wisen council as the one who makes them but has been studying the craft for many many years. No two sets are ever the same. Ala and Torvil's wedding was witnessed by Kalyai, & Torvina as well as it was presided over by Elder Rhazar of Torvil's people. The uniting of the waters consisted of Ala's water and Torvil's blood. The uniting and partaking of the 'waters' caused an unexpected result for Ala as her body absorbed his blood. Later the night of their union Ala's skin around her lower back split grew a long thin black dragons tail. The tail grew to be longer then her own legs, her healing powers causing it's growth to feel no more then a sharp pinch and then later a dull throb as her skin healed around and to it's base. She is becoming more like her husband every day including the growth of small horns and large Dragon's wings which she most often keeps in her back. Ala has gotten to the point where she is no longer pure Kerrsalian and in fact is more Vampiric Dragon then she is Kerrsalian.

Most Kerrsal's do not marry other races or species, Ala in fact is the first, so not much is known about what would come from a marriage between species except what has already happened to Ala. In Ala's case it's shown that the Kerrsal will take on some of the physical features of her partner, Ala has already taken on the features of a dragon's tail, dragon's horns and most recently wings like her husband's, which in turn caused another effect, Ala lost her ability to float. Time and stress do wonders on Ala, she woke one morning only to find that her hair changed, no longer straight and dark it was sleek and greyish white.

As time moves on Ala finds herself desiring another child but she proves to be infertile when they try, she managed to get an appointment with the GMFC and with their help, she conceived again. However what to expect with this time she does not know as it has already proven to be a much different pregnancy then her first. Definitely different is her opinion as the pregnancy lasted several weeks and several hours of labor. She wound up with one handsome little boy though

Time has passed for Alatariel, and in the time since Surion was born Ala has taken part in a hunt, her totem is the dragon, and has become an official member of the hunters at the cliffs. She holds the same responsibilities as Surion and Torvil to protect the cliffs if there is an attack. She has also become a healer and taught some of the healers how to control the healing ability. She is very proud of her son, has accomplished so much in her eyes.

The biggest change in Ala's life since her son was born was her return to the Kersallian City where she got a new beginning, a new 'life' and a new name. Now going by the name of Shicala and returning to her original hair color she has moved forward in her life hoping to leave her painful past behind her.

Shicala was pulled into the world of Faerun with Surion. Her memory loss is more severe then his, and she unlike him does not feel the desire to relearn her past. She does not feel a pull back into the world of Gaia as her son does.

Other: Tenor was a wonder, A human wishing to see the world and find a world in which he belonged. He lost contact with all his family when he was a teen and began his travel.

About: Tenor became Surion's step father over the course of the years in which his mother and Tenor spent in Faerun together. Shicala & Tenor also provided the missing feature to Surion's mother's life which brought her happiness. Shicala took Tenor's last name as her own shortly after fate took him from her and she found she was bearing his child as her 4th child. Surion did not always trust Tenor, but later came to accept him when the man brought the joy into his mother's life that he wanted her to have very badly.

About Dragono: Dragono is a the child of some netherese sorcerers left by his family with a sword to protect him in Skullport raised by some Drow fighters as a toy to kill and steal from other for fun. Eventually discovered his sorcerery and killed the Drow that raised him wandered for a time and eventually was found by a dragon that converted him to a worshiper and priest of Io and a powerful sorcerer and wizard. Continues wandering collecting magic and knowledge and spreading it between the race of dragons.

Enter the home and you enter a realm that is magical. The home is larger on the inside then one would imagine from it's exterior. The first floor of the home consists of the following rooms a kitchen, dining room, living room, and front foyer. Go downstairs and you will find a poolroom that is built into the ground as well as a locked door which leads to Surion's fairly large Alchemy lab which he keeps locked at all times for safety reasons. Should one travel to the upstairs floor they are likely to find the following, master bedroom (with full ensuite bathroom), Office, spare rooms, Bathroom, and an outside deck. There may perhaps be more, but a general quick look would reveal these things.

This home was once shared by Surion and Tinania, among many Pae'il and other familiars, it was full of life and much noise. Now you may find Surion, Auror, Ozie, Kuhl, Senti, Tezlopica lurking in one of the many rooms. Surion spends time here but most often is at Rythmos Aetermus

-Damien is cool, I saw him again at halloween, he didn't seem to make fun of the costume mum got me
-Time goes by and once an acqauintance, is now a friend. I think he's a lil too tightly wound on the dressing issue though, he could do to dress down and relax, thats something maybe I can help with...

Surion's Thoughts: -I met her in the clinic, she's a nice girl, she is part demon like many people I know are. She can set herself on fire and even control the color of those flame, she's cool, I think she'll be a cool person to have for a friend
-Nagi has a crush on me, when I was a child I said something that I believe hurt her, but now, I saw her after I became a teenager, and ever part of me still does not regret my decision to just be her friend.

Surion's Thoughts: This lil boy is a serious handful. And Vina's mum actually brought him to the club? yeesh, he could have gotten in trouble with his mischief making!

She didn't know whether or not her sister was dead from the day she didn't return until the day the guardian of the ruins informed the wisened council about a visitor to the ruins. The guardian's description of the visitor was too uncanny for Kalyai to ignore. Kalyai has been training to become a member of the wisened council for a large part of her life and is an apprentice to one of it's members and thus attends their meetings as an observer. Going to the ruins Kalyai decided to track this visitor. This tracking brought her to the Land of the Balan Levain to a shop. When she arrived she met a young man how acted very defensively about her having tracked someone down. After some conversation Kalyai seemed to confirm her suspicions when she learned the girl she had tracked down had a Plantar under the building which was the girl's mother's. The young man let her see the girl who had been asleep which confirmed her suspicions even further. Kalyai remained at the shop to meet the girl after she woke, spent some time then returned to her people for a while to report her findings. Kalyai returned to the shop several times to visit Ala , teach her about their kind and help Ala learn her abilities more. Several visits later she came again to witness Ala's marriage to Torvil. Of more recent as her test to become a full Wisen Kalyai has been living in the Village of Kazeha after going to it from speaking with Antidia and Kitoushi. Her job is to help the Kazehans to become the once strong race they used to be and renew the people's use of the Kerrsalian teachings the Kerrsalian once taught there. It is the man who made her come to Kazeha that she fell in love with, it was rather not expected but she did not care. They wed and now are expecting a child.

Much time has past and much has changed, Kal recently reconnected with Surion, visiting with him and talking about what happened with him and his mother.

Maddie, yet again, reached into her diaper and pulled out a piece of bamboo. But with this one she had SPECIFIC instructions. Yes it was edible, but she didn't want him to eat it. She first held out the piece of bamboo, then pointed to her mouth, and shook her head back and forth as if saying no eating. She held the bamboo out again and then held it to her chest, rocking back and forth as if saying, love it. She then gave it to Surion hoping he would understand.

The linen loosens easily and is slipped aside layer by layer, eventually revealing the rich texture of smooth wood. Tugging away the wrappings entirely displays how the shaft of what must be a weapon tapers to a blunt point at its south end, the thicker northern portion supporting a seemingly sharp water crystal of impressive size, which no doubt is meant to be its spearhead. Coiled around the haft of the spear is a dragonette, that if it were alive would span the length of Surion's arm from fingertip to shoulder, though that measurement does not include its wings or the entirity of its tail. The flow and coloring of the small dragon's intricately carved scales brings to mind the pattern of a jaguar's fur, it's eyes shards of topaz that catch the light filtering through the trees' leaves to seemingly glimmer with intelligence and life.


"I know not where you will be drawn, Surion, only that I, and those who are of my family, may not go with you." She knows she does not have to say that the spear was made by her, as her crafter's mark can be found between the dragon's head and the crystal by those who know where to look. "A warning before you accept my gift. This weapon carries with it a responsibility, to both yourself and it. The dragon alone will be a challenge for one as you." She smiles slightly as she rises, walking over to stand beside him and pet the tail of the wooden dragonette. "If you accept this, then bloody the weapon for its magic to bond with yours." She steadies herself, slipping an arm around his waist while keeping a hand on the dragon's tail.

About: Tezcatlipoca is Surion's fandangle. It bonded to him one day while he was a child. It seems rather protective of him and itself. It's spirit guide is one that actually surprised Surion. Surion asked his father if the spirit of his totem could inhabit that of another item, the answer he got leaves Surion to believe that the Dire Plains Jaguar that is Tez's spirit guide is truly that which was the jaguar Surion killed during his first hunt to earn his name.

About: Auror was a gift for Surion when he was young, he was given to him by Lilwerewolfgirl. Auror has a mate and 2 children, he loves his music and especially the song 'Once Upon a Dream' by No Secrets. He's a very tranquil creature and loves to just curl up by the fire and relax as he listens to his headphones... Do not try to take his headphones from him though, you will meet opposition.

That's what Yarafel decided to wake up and want to play, very much a creature that loves to irriate it's owner to the extreme with it's antics, if Surion is trying to get something done, you can be certain taht Yarafel is trying to sabotage it.

Race: Banthi
Shay: Shay is the youngest of Torvis and Cristata's clutch. He is protective of his family but feels he needs to improve upon himself. He found and lost love shortly after he grew to be an adult, and currently does not believe himself to be attractive nor does he feel totally comfortable about love. In an effort to take Shay's mind from his loss Ala had him mutated which caused him to grow large spines which he can fold agaist his body. He is a clan battler and is training to improve upon his skills. Currently he spends much of his time away from the caverns with his love who he refound.
Eleniel: Ele is a banthi whom Shay has adopted as a sister of sorts and has raised since gem. She has a mind of her own and has no problems expressing herself.


Race: Balan
Stardust: Female alpha of the Balan, she feels she is responsible for her clan of Balan Levain. Her mate is Garion, the male alpha. Like him she has been infected by a shadow creature which had to be perged from her system.
Amyrlin: Amy as she is affectionatly known, is the second of Star and Garion's first clutch of children. She's a fairly quiet Balan who simply enjoys to relax.
Shade: Shade is the product of the merging of a Balan and a Shadow creature. A clone of Star, Shade will grow to be very similar to her 'mother'. Shade feels close to Noirag, closer then even to her 'mother' or 'father' and likes to spend a LOT of time with him being close to him.
Roxie: One of two of Shade and Noirag's clutch she is a playful critter and a ball of energy.


Race: Tahnee
Emi & Ariela: Siamese Twins even if they are not identical. They do everything together and very often finish each other's sentences.
Nise & Sprite: Twins Twins in almost every regard, however unlike Emi & Ariela they are very different and have different likes
Trinity, Triton & Trixie: Triplets though these three young woman are very much unalike
Willow: Loves the renaissance period and goes out of her way to be a part of it.
Morganisa: A woman of witchcraft even if it is not obvious
Micalea: Pixie woman who is rarely seen

Aladdin: Aladdin is a child Ala was asked to care for. His past to him is a mystery, well at least some extent since his memory previous to Ala was wiped. There are many other DBs who do not like him, he is trying to prove to them that he is no longer the same person he used to be. Currently he is dating Meg and keeping Lady out of trouble.
Lady: Little sister to Aladdin, Lady is very primp and proper.
