It's kinda sad, and kinda not. I mean, yes, sad. He was a great prophet. But I guess he's where he needs to be now. Plus, I can't imagine being away from my husband, and I've always been so sad since his wife died for him.

Reba_mce i was watching fox and they said he died at 8:00pm sunday how sad! well, 7 our time, here in Utah. Here's an official report. I love President Hinckley SO MUCH. He has felt almost like a Grandpa to me sometimes. Part of me wishes he could be the prophet for forever. But the other part of me is so happy to picture him back with his sweet Marjorie, you know?  World's BEST couple. heart

Lost-In-Words I keep hearing that he died at ninety-seven. It's all over the news here in Utah... fixed. ^^

He died at 7:00 at the age of 97 in his home with his family.
He served as prophet for almost 13 years. He dedicated 95 or the 125 temples in the world.
He was a great man and did much good to the world, he is a world figure.
Now he is with his wife and in a better place.

I agree with Kid-chan. It's sad and also not. I mean he's with Jesus and Heavenly Father! XD Doesn't get much better than that. He'll be remembered and missed by many.
