Ok, so I found this in Greenifyme's Journal when I logged on to Deviant Art earlier. And I find it very interesting, as does she.
Basically, Green bought the newest volume of Avatar that has DoBS on it, and went straight to watching the show with maker's comentary, to see JUST WHAT the CREATORS themselves had to say on the whole Kiss subject.

Mike: This is a very serious moment we're about to watch.
Bryan: This is gonna anger probably 50% of our fanbase.
Mike: It's true. The fans seem to be split on whether they want Aang or Zuko to end up with Katara.
Bryan: But if you watch carefully-...watch Katara's reaction. It's ambiguous. We don't know! We don't know what's going on.
Mike: So this, unlike the previous episode, this is the real deal, people.
(Aang and Katara kiss)
Bryan: No dream.
Mike: They really...they really kissed right here.
(Katara looks away after the kiss)
Bryan: You see? You see that little look to the side? What is she thinking? We don't know. Did she like it? Did she not like it? I don't know!
Sound Designer: You know, I gotta say, I'm in the Aang and Katara camp.
Bryan: That's called Kataang.
Sound Designer: I'm-I'm with the Kataang.
Mike: Zutaras are fierce, though, I'll tell ya.
Bryan: They are fierce. Tenacious.
Mike: Fierce and passionate.
Sound Designer: (protesting) But...they're not supposed to be together!
(Mike and Bryan laugh)
Mike: That's what makes it so great!
(Bryan then quickly changed the subject to more sound design talk.)
So? What do you guys think? I gotta say....it put a little smile on my face. XD
I mean, why was Bryan so adamant about pointing out KATARA'S REACTION? I mean, everyone knows they kissed, but Bryan was like 'but wait! pay attention to her reaction!'
....hmmmm
And Mike was actually STICKING UP for Zutara!
Remember....sound design guys don't know what's going to happen in the storyline. So while this guy is a Kataanger, he doesn't know what will actually happen until he is assigned to the episode. When this commentary was recorded, he had only just finished doing the sound for DOBS Pt 2.
So.....yeah. I'm kinda happy right now. Not gonna lie.

Ok, first of all, this, for one, shows that Mike and Bryn understand our ship, and what we are like. We may have more than 50% of the fanbase on our ship, but still
Second, Mike and Bryan seemed kind of like they were kind of helping Zutara out a little...I mean, the Sound Designer said that he was in the Kataang camp, and MIKE brings up Zutara! He and Brian acknowledge our passionate and fierce personalities, ones that we are proud to have, listing them almost like...I don't know, it just seems endearing to me, coming from them...The SD protests, M and B laugh, and Mike says the most awesome thing ever!

I'm beginning to think that us Zutarians are not that delusional after all!

I mean, they are focused on the same thing, are pointing out the same uncertainty in Katara, they acknowledged and understood and even stuck up for us! It's small, but it is SOMETHING. It is MIKE AND BRYAN here.
I know, they're being really vague and they changed the subject soon after this discussion for a reason to keep more mystery to the end of the show and the end pairings...But this leaves me feeling very excited. We're pretty much on the same page as them, and we have been from the time we saw the kiss and interperted the body language.
I don't know if they know this, but I think Mike and Bryan, with these statements are going to send thousands of Zutarians EVERYWHERE into Foamy-spazes.
