 Iris stared back at her reflection in the water. She narrowed her eyes, a bit annoyed at her confusion. Never had she stayed so long in one place. She was a loner, a wanderer, one who didn't stick to one place, and yet here she was. She was still temporarily staying in a small cave and still temporarily exploring the area. The reason for this? A certain, sensitive male who she had grown very fond of. Okay.... love too. The feeling was definitly more than fondness.
She had wanted to take things slow since she was unsure if she was willing to give up traveling, but now she was not so sure if that was the right idea at all. Now all she wanted were answers. The were together so to speak, but it still didn't feel like the forever kind of together.
She splashed the water in the pond with her paw, getting tired of looking at her deep in thought expressions. She stood up and started to move away from the river. "Today.... is the day..." She said to make her goal offical. It was time to settle this with Majora.

Majora yawned as he walked through the forest looking up at the sky and sighed. There has been many things on his mind and also he had two boys that was growing up, and really didn't know what to do. He looked down and then sighed again. Maybe he was putting to much thought into everything, and just needed some relief. But where could he find such..
Then he remembered. He was.. Or still is in love with Iris, someone that he met and automatically said that he loved her. He thought he was foolish of saying such, but he never did regret it. She was sweet, kind and.. He stopped and sniffed the air. Was Iris nearby?

Of course. Iris never had a hard time finding Majora. She had stuck around this area just so she could find the other easily after all. His scent was in the air. The masked dragonfly had probably walked by moments ago. A smirk came across her face as spotted him after wandering through some bushes. Yes, there was no mistaking the colorful dragonfly with the mask and what looked like a third eye on his back. "Hello.... Majora..." She said and held back the urge to pounce on the other. He might freak out and she didn't really feel like taking time to calm him down. She was looking for some answers and wanted to get to the point as quick as possible.

Majora sat for a moment, looking up then turned around, a smile was glued to his face, if she could see it past the scary mask. "Hello Iris.. Its nice to see you." He said calmly. Pretending that the mask has magically disappeared and that she was actually looking at his face. Even though she wasn't.. Sadly.. For some odd reason, he knew something was wrong. "Is everything okay Iris?" He asked her, a little tilt to his head..

Iris smiled a little back at the other. She sat down. "Yes, but I feel we need to talk about our relationship..." She said, her face now turning serious. The smile was whipped off her face and she quickly continued, not wanting the male to jump to awful conclusions about her choice of words. "I'm confused, Majora, we've been together for a while, but how.... serious are you about me? What.. what are we?" She tilted her head slightly to the side. "What am I waiting for...?"

Majora knew this was going to come up sooner or later. He loved Iris deeply and probably hasn't really showed her that. Which made him also wonder how serious he was in love with her. But he didn't want to lose her. And the questions she ask.. He barely has no answer for.. His smile also whipped off his face, he started to frown and got up slowly. If he couldn't tell her, he has to show her. "Follow me if you want to know the answers.. As I can not tell them to you.. Only show you.." He whispered to her, walking into the bushes and looked back, waiting for her.

Iris blinked and watched him for a moment in surprise. Show..? What could he show her that couldn't be expressed in simple words? She hadn't wished for this to become complicated, but there seemed to be no choice. She stood up and followed the other quickly. "Hm? What are you showing me, Majora?" She questioned curiously.

Majora stayed silent for a moment as he jumps over logs and other things. "You'll see" He whispered softly. Hopefully that he was going the right way. At the same time, when he was staying silent, he was thinking about the questions she asked him.. Which made him think of small answers, but still wanted to show her something, that he also wanted to show her. But every time he wanted to, he always stopped in his tracked and could never contiuned forward. Which made him think of himself as a failure..

Iris jumped over the objects in their way with a kind of grace. She was used to trvaeling into places with many objects in the way so it was easy for her to keep up with the other. She was almost regretting asking about this now, because the way he was going about this was unexpected. What if what he had to show her wasn't good? What if he liked someone else too and couldn't make up his mind or something? No... Majora wasn't like that, but what could he possibly be showing her? She stayed silent since he did and waited patiently for her 'surprise.'

Majora stopped in his tracked and looked up. Sighing again, thinking that he shouldn't be doing this he looks back at Iris with gentle eyes and a small smile. "You're probably wondering why I dragged out here in the middle of the forest.. Well.." He paused and looked down. "When I was younger.. with parents.. My father told me... To bring that special person here someday.. And I can't just bring anyone here.. The one that I truly loved.. Which is why I couldn't really tell you.. All I have to do is really show.." He turned his back and opened up the bushes to a beautiful place that Majora couldn't really remember that well.
'Was this place that beautiful back then?' He thought to himself. A waterfall was in the middle of a circle of trees. Colorful birds and flowers lied everywhere. there wasn't a weed or anything dead in sight. The sun was even prettier in the small oasis. He smiled and looked at her. "Does this answer your question, Iris?" He asked her softly, a smile still on his face.

Iris' breath was taken away. The waterfall, the trees, the birds, the flowers... it was so unreal, perfect, and beautiful. She took a step towards it, her eyes filled with amazement of the beautiful scene. Places like this were only supposed to exsist in dreams. She looked back at the dragonfly who had shown all this to her. A light blush came onto her face, but she stared at him lovingly. "Majora... there couldn't of been a better answer," She said softly before licking his nose. "If only I had my own beautiful paradise to show you too. So you could see that I feel the same for you. This... nothing has ever been more clear to me.."
