The new story sounds good to me. And it'll be good for the guild if something can get started.

personally i like the story then again i'm biaised about it, anyways i've got the roles selected for the resistance (for the survivor's) i picked out anyways. I am also going to start deleteing inactive and useless topics/threads to make room for other things.

I vote for total remodeling dropping all non active members and whoever is left adding people like crazy I could probably get a few people to join what we need is a load of new people who are going to keep this guild alive so we also could use a new story and maybe remake some characters

yeah those were my thoughts, so i'm thinking the guild undergoes full revamp with new council and members deleting all inactive members. Vlad has a list of some others who will want to stay. I guess with this confirmation i'll ask if anybody is willing to apply for a council position. Please note that i expect alot of responsibility and activity from the new council members.
Also i am not yet revamping everything until i have a good strong consences i'm just deleting things that haven't been cleaned up and i haven't decided what to do. So don't go freaking out over the altered topics i'm just trying to get my idea actually down and look at it from another angle thats all.

I would like to put in my request for a council member. I will be much more active if this guild gets the revamp it needs and would make an excellent Kage and I do have post and personal references. I have no problem making new characters and would like to get this guild back on track...also I love Naruto and am horrified by this extra long wait for the next Manga

OK i guess with the storyline agreed upon and the guild revamp i need ideas on renaming the other villages that were conqured by the akatsuki, I already have Konoha's New name, also if you join the resistance you can't really advance in rank throughe exams ect. It happens through a different means which i still have yet to figure out.

i'd say necessity. in truth, my guy is as strong as a Jonin or more, but remains a chunin since he never took tests. anyway. i'd love to help, Kitsune. i'd like to be a council member, i'd just have to make a second character. also. there is another village you could use. it's one ive used in other RP's. it's called Quicksilver. the Village Hidden in the Mountains. where Taelos actually had been stying in his bio. quicksilver because under it are many caverns and Silver mines. the silver is enriched with chakraa. no one know's how, but it could be a bijuu. you could use it if you like.

I only have a few questions about the whole revamp thing, exactly what villages have been taken over by the Akatsuki? Which Bijuu do they possess? and Do we have to delete old ones and make new characters? Other than that, I'm all for a new storyline, so far since the last "somewhat" revamp things have gotten seriously slow. I think that a new storyline could bring in new ACTIVE members.
Also, I could be in the Resistance or be part of the Council if you like. I'll probably delete a few of my characters but there are a few that I want to keep.

we should moniter the creation of any new characters to prevent lame copies of the cannon characters I have seen to many guilds lose control because of bad character creation and godmodding both of which could simply be avoided by setting standards and practices to keep out the "rif-raf" of the RP world so to speak also some sort of cap on Jutsu should be implemented to give charaters a feel for being the rank they are genin should know either a few sparing low level ninjutsu or one high ranked jutsu that is the only thing they know except for the bare basics(Henge, Kawarimi,bunshin) this should keep a genin from facing anything but genin and possibly chunin. either way we should more carefully moniter the creation of characters of any level. on the revamp I think it should be an entire remodeling, new story, new characters, new Kages everything should just have a giant reset. Kages should be hand picked by a vote of atleast three crew or higher or a recomendation from a different guild maybe even just every crew adding someone to specificly be a Kage or maybe even have a tournement to declare the best RPing gaians as Kage of the village of their choice.
((sorry I have many ideas and am dumping them all on you also every time I write them something new pops into my head andI feel the need to write it too so sorry if I seem to be long winded))
