So Amy has been rumoring for 7 months or so that she will be working on a GG Movie to tie up loose ends. Including both Luke and Lorelai ties and the last four words she has yet to divulge. Opinions?!?

i would love a movie to end the series the way it was supposed to be. I'm sure many gilmore fans would go to see it.
i hated the finale! It's only right that Amy should end her show the way she wanted it.

If a movie is made though, I don't think it'll be in a theater. It'll probably just be a tv special thing but who knows. wink

I would love to see a GG movie, but I'm not sure if it should be a big screen (like sex in the city) or like a made for tv one. Either way, think GG fans would like it.

The only place I have heard tell of this besides here is, I am embarrassed to say, an ad about a petition to do so to the side of my Facebook Scrabulous. redface So you are saying this is a real possibility?

The only reason they ended the show the way they did was because it was supposed to be the SEASON finale. They didn't know it was being canceled until the last minute. This movie would defiantly make the whole thing less confusing.

It's unnecessary. Yeah, there are some loose ends, but that lets the fans of GG's minds to wander. It's great how she ended the show. Luke and Lorelei end up together, Rory gets her job, etc. etc.
If a movie was made, there would have to be more conflict, but in the last episode, there was NONE. So, yeah I think its unnecessary, but still if she will make one, i would totally watch it.
