I apologise in advance; this idea could very well turn out to be kind of failworthy.
I was reading through the Dusting For Fluff Bunnies thread and midkemiangreatone listed what they thought of individual guildmembers. So I thought... why not tell one another what you think of one another? At the very least, it'll give us a chance to find out what our peers really think of us. I'll start off, I suppose.

Josh - I love'm. He asks questions, he walks his own path, and pounces on new, original ideas like a boy on a pogo stick. Blind Guardian - His healthy skepticism is really rather refreshing. He mows down pretty much all the fluff that comes through here. I've a good deal of respect for him, simply because he doesn't let anyone else's beliefs stick to him (something both I and many others in the guild am guilty of). Dras - Blind's female counterpart, I think. Not only is she skeptical, she also manages to go off her rocker at people sometimes, which reminds me of watching a building being demolished - it's impressive, and kind of scary. Blkie - A stand-up sort of guy. He's aggressively loyal to the guild, and would probably tear apart anyone who tried to take us down. I'll be honest, I dislike the fact that he supports VHM...VEH..VHTM...VEHEMENT...VMEHTN... The "live long and die out" thing, but that's his shtick and I'd never begrudge him for it. Subrosian - I honestly didn't think they made them like Subby here any more. He has some of the most incredible ideas I've ever heard, and he seems to be able to find meaning in the smallest details of life. Obscurus - If you chopped Blind Guardian and Josh in half then welded them together, you'd probably get arrested Obscurus. He has both the rationale and the inspiration that are the aforementioned's strengths. Khalida - He's awesome. In discussions, I've always found his posts to follow the path of Most Sense, which is definitely a good thing. Kizzy - Now don't get me wrong, I'm straight-up gay, but Kizzy's eyes remind me of that one picture from the Divine Comedy. I love her ability to be both rational and spiritual. It's a great mix, I think, and she inspires me to try to keep a level head when I'm getting in to things that would otherwise turn me fluffy.
Pingu/Lust Herself - There are no words for how much this person annoys me. He's like a papercut that won't go away. Not only does he preface most of his posts about how stoned he is (which to me suggests he only uses weed for the cool factor), but most of them are filled with lies, misrepresentation, misunderstanding or downright bullshit. He's the biggest hack I've ever seen, seriously.
Sinesthera - Sometimes I wonder if she's complicating magick, or I'm just not far enough along to understand.
a**l Jesus - His enthusiasm is really ******** catchy. He lives by his own rules, which at times can seem antagonistic, but nonetheless he's a great guy.
Page/Yagi - She's really fun, she's pleasant to talk to, she's enquiring and questioning, and is easy to get along with.
Azana/Bookgirl - Lives up to her nickname. She's a wealth of information and her contributions are always useful.
Iolitefire - Man, I haven't talked to her in forever. But she's fun, and I'm always glad to hear from her.
Ges - I envy him more than anyone on Gaia, I think. He seems really together, he knows his s**t, he's got the willpower and the smarts that I don't... and his hair is blue. How awesome. Ges, if you're reading, you're incredibly ******** inspiring.
Lost Elf - She annoys me simply because she follows trends. Evil darkness nazi elves ftl.
Lobo - Though he may not admit to it, he's got heart. Guys like him are few and far between. AND HE'S A NINJA OH MY GOD.
Aaarhus - Disappeared. Or maybe he's lurking in the otherkin forum. Nonetheless, I like him for how non-confrontational he is.
Starlock - I totally wasn't even aware you were in the guild (POST MOAR D: ) but you have my respect. You're down to earth, honest, and you can back up the s**t you say. In my head you're part of the mini-clique of occultish-women-on-gaia-I-respect-lots alongside Azana, Cerri Kali Diah, Kizzy, Dras and the like. Not that I'm trying to be chauvinistic by sorting you into groups by gender or anything. >.>
Loagaeth is probably not in this guild, but I think she's awesome. That goes for a lot of non-MPRILC-folks too, but since I know they're not here, well...
Scratillion is someone I've never talked to, but seems cool.
Mikeeeboi has an awesome accent, and usually I'm pretty meh towards accents that aren't Irish. CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY.
Moonlit Jade is another person I haven't seen much of, but when I do, it seems pretty obvious that she knows her s**t too (thus putting her in my Occultish-women-I-respect-on-Gaia mindbox... OWIROG for short.)
(More to come...)

I'm with Obscurus. Chances are good I'll post about ya'll here later, but I'm still fairly new so I don't know everyone as well as I should. Buuuut, man, your post. I was sitting here, moping and crying when I saw it. I then burst out laughing. xd
It's nice to know SOMEONE doesn't find that picture scary, unlike I'm not naming names *coughJoshcough* xd heart

Mitsh Lost Elf - She annoys me simply because she follows trends. Evil darkness nazi elves ftl. I don't follow trends do I? Ya know, I don't follow Sengem anymore. He got quite annoying. Now I follow Pingu...sorta. Pingu: I LOVE PINGU. Srysly. No really, I think I am quite literally in love with Pingu. He/She is my best online friend and well... heart Mitsh is alright I s'pose. I don't know him at all. He has some interesting ideas though. That's how I feel about most people in the guild...I rarely post or talk to anyone. I just lurk.

And here I thought I was going to get bitched at for bitching. Ha. Thanks, Mitsh.
Aside from that, I'm really bad at doing this s**t. It was bad enough doing it for the mods in my FAQ thread, and I don't think I really want to do it again. I always leave things out, and leave people out. I considered making a list of people I like and people I don't like, but then I'd have to justify s**t, and it'd be no fun. Or maybe I just worry too much about people's feelings being hurt. Where the hell did this sudden streak of compassion come from? (Ugh, sentence ending in a preposition, but the alternative is also anno--DAMN YOU OCD.)
Forgive my random lapses in sanity. Most of my posts, especially as of late, have been little beyond stream-of-consciousness.

Oh, I see how it is. The Pyre isn't noticeable enough to be judged. Hmph. >_> *Goes back to reading his book from the new library*
Sorry, just felt like saying that. As for what I think of people, I don't really know people well enough to make solid opinions. Except Josh because I talk to him on AIM occasionally. You're cool and understanding, as well as a good thinker but you come off as slightly... held back. When I talk to you on aim, something just seems missing from when I have conversations with other people.
...And that's all I can come up with. How hypocritical. Sorry peeps. >_<

Honestly, I don't always pay that much attention to who posts what. I'm an idea person, not a 'who said it' person, with a few exceptions.
Those exceptions are individuals who have passed a certain bar of intellectual guile or who happened to say something that struck me as profound enough at the time that I marked in my head their username (regardless of whether or not I agreed or disagreed with what they said). Around here, the ones that fall into that class for me would be: Yvaine, Mitsh, Blind Guardian, Azana, Obscuros, Lobo, and there are a few more I'm probably missing along with a few other folks who might get on that list soon.
Beyond paying a bit more attention to posts by certain folks I've found generally always say something useful and interesting, I don't like to judge by usernames. I don't personally KNOW any of you, and nobody presents but a facet of themselves online. At the very least you're missing the expressiveness of body language and tone. In a place like this where the topics are focused in a particular niche, you don't see that person's other dimensions much.
Pyro, I'm not noticeable enough to be judged either. Frankly I often prefer it that way. sweatdrop I don't post in this guild all that much, so that's part of it.

^_^ Awww, I feel so loved. heart
I'm pretty much okay with everyone, so long as they're not being a moron or an unprovoked a*****e. (When you have to smack down morons, sometimes you have to become an a**, so that's justifiable.)
Most of you who post in here I consider respected colleagues, the people who don't forget that scholarship is one necessary third of an excellent magician, or scientist...hell, it would be great if everyone could do that. I have to remember the passage where I found it, but the three necessary parts were Scholar, Dreamer, and Poet. It wasn't talking about poet as in a person who writes poetry but rather the poet's mindset. It's nice to see people who remember to include at least two, if not all three. It gives me hope for the community of magic and parapsychology as a whole.

I'm not cool enough to be on lists. wink Interesting what you're doing... heh... Oh gosh J.R. You made me edit my post. ;P I certainly would like to say a bt about a lot of you. I'll start with random people, it's not in any order... at all. So don't take offense or anything like that!
Joshua Ritter: Oh gosh. You're pretty awesome! I mean, between your little quips and sensible arguments I always look for your signature red text in threads. Keziah Rose: KIZZY! You're amazing. Behind that fluffy nice layer of tolerance you're so funny. You're strong, intelligent and even when in a damp mood you're nice. Lobo: Okay, so, sometimes your posts scare me. A lot. especially when you're typing in all caps. xD But you make a statement. You're inspirational, and you speak truthfully. You're also one of the only people that I've actaully spoken about my problems to. ;D

Alright, let's throw down this s**t. I'm ready if you are, and you are.
Got to start with Z first, so,
Zurine- You are pretty sweet, you always format your text and OH MY GOD you always talk in real sentences and look bitches, I know what grammar is. It makes me happier that you exist, and I sure hope you stay around and make the guild better.
Mitsh - whenever I think of a magical or spiritual idea thats new, casually blasphemous, thoroughly postmodern, and just for the hell of it, I always think of him. If I were to build an idol out of electrical cord, enchant a fish to talk, or go drinking in a pub on Jupiter, he'd be the guy I invite first. He's a damn f** and I love him to death.
Sub - He's my man who's got my back, and he's my religious No. 2. And he's got such a skill for preaching I'd bet a lot he'll be doing it for the masses soon.
BG#2 - You, sir, are a badass Buddhist. Filled with the fire of College and Destruction of Fluff. You probably are the most academically qualified to throw down your verifed information and use it to ram holes through fail-y theories. You are a proper gentlemen, with wit and class to boot. We should totally hang out sometime. (more to come)
