I found a few guilds in the Captain's Guild that are for sale at very nice prices. I feel it's better to buy an old unwanted guild then to just make another one. With that said, the Guild will be cleaned out and I can start from the beginning. So I need suggestions of things we might need.

The guild will have a certain number of subforms already. and I'm hoping to make something fun and different, while also similar enough that members from all over Gaia will join it.
I'm thinking of someplace i can just set up clubs and stuff. Like a commerce roleplay guild. a place where you can buy a subforum for almost nothing and make it into a whole place.
What does everyone think... would any of you make a place in my guild if i made it that.
What else cold i make it?

I'm having a hard time thinking of ideas.
I thought of something RP and Anime, but all are already taken, so I need something that Gaians will like.

I was thinking about making it a virtual community like a town set up. One subforum would be an apartment building where you could set up our own apartment thread. one Sub be a nightclub
one sub be a store
one sub be a park or something
one sub be a school
and so on... and then people could add whatever they wanted, and for a small donation of gold to the guild mule, a member could buy a subforum and set it up as they want into whatever they want.
thats my current idea.

thank you. i thought it might be a good project. Just because I retired from Captaining the guild, doesn't mean i'm done with Gaia and guilds in general. I was thinking I might even make a spot in there for Eureka seveN Places like the Thurston Garage or Bellforest.

I found a Gaian that sells real estate on Gaia. He seems to really have the idea going. I'm thinking of making my guild a Real Estate guild Buying and selling Subforums and other Guilds. It seems to be a great way to come into some gold and have a lot of fun.

If i go with this ides it means ill be hiring a crew. Each crew member can go out and buy a guild for a certain amount and then sell that gold for a set amount making a profit.

I'm gunna buy a guild and have it be my base of operations. I'm hoping that ill set a good rate of buy and sell to start turning a profit. But Kayako i was wondering if you'd do my a major favor. I need like a banner with real estate as the theme, a big one and a small one for the top of the guild.
And I also need to come up with a name.
Anyone have an suggestions?

Well sure Ross, what kind of picture do you think would make a good background? I was thinking like a picture of a suburb or a house with a sale sign out front. Or are you going for something else?
