ummmmm like i know there's been a lot of rumors about it but i like wanna know if i should get my hopes up at all! i've heard all rumors like tom cruise is going to like play dante (that like scares me) and i need something to be excited about soooo if anyone knows anything let me know pleeze!!!!!

I think it's just a rumor. If it has been true at some point, I'm pretty sure it's canceled now.
Anyway something I'm 100% sure of is that Tom Cruise will NEVER play Dante. 3nodding

Whatever it is, please... keep Uwe Boll away from it. Hideo Kojima doesn't yells at him "I HATE YOU!" every time Uwe calls him for a reason. gonk
Considering they didn't do such a bad job with Capcom's Resident Evil series, though, I guess it would be rather good.
