Limiter:
The Limiter for this match is as long as you are in a 10 Foot radius Of Ulquiorra, Every single ability you or anything on you may hold is completley nullified and cut back. And Any Special Enchanments you have given yourself will be reverted to nothing.
Battle Arena: Very Important Note:
All of the Battle Arenas are exactly the same for every Vaste Lorde. All Battle Arenas are extremley Massive, Like think the Size of a small Village giving everyone a ton of space. The Battle arenas have No Windows just straight walls and ceilings, there is no sunlight reaching in, just artificial Lights handing all around. THE WALLS CANNOT BE DESTROYED OR THE TOWER ITSELF, IT IS COMPLETLEY INDESTRUCTIBLE, GET OVER IT AND DONT POST THAT YOU DESTROYED A WALL FOR SUNLIGHT.

"Tch..... Flashy b*****d.... I could have walked here...." David muttered to himself, as he began to materialize. "You gonna tell me the limiter, or what?" David demanded. The limiter really bugged him, but it was better to have it out of the way in the beginning.

 The tower finished materializing and Ulquiorra stood in front of David about a 30 feet Difference in between them. Ulquiorra's trademark pose was always with both of his hands in his pockets and that's just how he was at the moment; with the usual Monotonic expression layed upon his face. His emerald eyes gazed upon David and he was watching him before stating. "Do not worry about the Limiter. It will come in due time." He said with a noncholant voice. The door behind David remained opened. "Until you make the first move the door will not close, Giving you time to rethink your choice of facing me, But once you make that first move there is no leaving."

"Really then. Do you honestly think I'll listen to your annoying drivel, when I didn't listen to Szayel's?" David responded, sounding rather annoyed now. Ulquiorra really got under his skin. Too damn cocky, and too damn monotonous. It had only been a couple of minutes since they began to talk, and he was already tired of him. One thing Ulquiorra did have for him, was that he was amazingly stylish. But that was about it.
David drew his Clockwork Blades and began to spin their gears. "I suppose that counts as a move. But just in case...." David muttered to himself. Around Ulquiorra, blades of moisture would shoot at him, beginning their flight at about 10 ft. away. They were entirely invisible to the naked eye, due to them being so thin, but would still cut through people like cheese. There were 6 of them, all equally distanced from each other, so that their edges, since they were all horizontal, were touching. It would close in on him quickly and efficiently.

 Ulquiorra remained in the same spot as the door now vanished signifying that David had truley made his move and knew what he was getting into now. "I See." Ulquiorra's clothes now began to slowly rip as the blades were closing in on him but he did not move from his spot. As the blades were spinning all over his Skin they were not piercing even in the smallest way, Only through his clothes and after a few moments the blades now appeared visible to both fighters as they began to glow the same emerald color as Ulquiorra's eyes, as if the blades were injected with something, After they began to glow green the blades shattered only seconds later and Ulquiorra's clothes began to "sow" themselves back together and it seemed as if nothing had ever happened to him or his clothes. Ulquiorra had injected some of his energy into the blades and simply causing the power inside to overload and shatter the blades. "Do not think just because you held your own with Szayel that it will do the same for you here. I highly suggest you increase your power level before going any further against me." Ulquiorra remained looking over at David with his hands still in his pocket awaiting some sort of response from David. It was really time to show David the true difference between the ranks in the Vaste Lorde and sure Ulquiorra was 4 While Szayel was 7 which to some may only seem like a 3 Level Difference but there was an extremley massive gap in between simply one level So it was time to show exactly how the difference in power signified their ranks.

David began to chuckle. "You really are quite impressive. I suppose I will have to go all out this time." David replied, his eyes narrowing slightly. "But really now, I took the move you wanted me to. It would be terribly rude if you didn't take your own now." David added, still spinning his Clockwork Blades like a fury. David shimmered slightly.

Ulquiorra stood quiet for a few moments before speaking again. "I See." Ulquiorra removed his left hand from his pocket and raised it to be horizontaly and small emerald particles lit up around his hand. Now David should have noticed his left pant leg and his right arm sleeve began to glow the same exact way as Ulquiorra's hand was. In a few seconds two explosions of epic sizes happened directly from those two pieces of Clothing on David's body meaning there was almost absolutely no chance left for reaction even less defenses. Ulquiorra never battled in a playful manner, Every attack he ever delievered was a fatal one and was always made to end the battle and even if they do not end the battle he continues every attack with the same intention in mind to end it completley. The reason for the explosion was one of Ulquiorra's special traits. This attack was displayed in a battle with Morik another Riverrun Defender, And it is when Ulquiorra lays his eyes upon something he is able to create a small magnet to whatever it is his eyes are laid up on and from then the magnet attracts explosive particles made from Ulquiorra's own Aura signature and they explode with the massive powers of C-4 and Dynamite Combined and all of this happens in less than a fracture of a second from when Ulquiorra's hand is raised to the side the way it just was.

When the smoke cleared, David was still standing there, completely unscathed. "Really now. Did you think it would be that easy?" David asked. "But, I suppose we should stop this banter now. Well, let's get to it."
(Explanation: So, the shimmer was a coat of water settling on David. What it does is absorb physical energy put into it, and pretty much routes it through to the opposite end. So, the physical force of the explosion was easily absorbed. Now, onto the heat. Due to water, being, well, water, it has can absorb a relatively high amount of heat. Of course, it would in no way be able to hold all of that heat without boiling, so David simply regulated the temperature.
Here is a little thing to explain the physical thing better.

Ulquiorra was quiet and he was a bit suprised but his eyes read into all the info he needed to know and figured out exactly how David avoided such an intense and quick attack. "I See." Ulquiorra now placed his hand in front of him with the palm of his hand facing the cieling and his hand open of course. A small transparent image of David now appeared in Ulquiorra's hand and Ulquiorra crushed the image and the image let out tiny particles that slowly vanished somewhat in the air Near Ulquiorra. Ulquiorra had amazing abilities that made him one of the most Vital Members and deadliest of the Vaste Lorde. With his eyes already seeing what the coat of water had done around David. Ulquiorra used the information to make a small data "Capsule" and that capsule took the form of David and crushed it and the information ran into his body. With this is set a "Code" inside of Ulquiorra. Vaste Lorde are completley different from anything ever have been alive even including Angels and Demons. This code inside of Ulquiorra ran over 1000 times in just seconds and now Ulquiorra's body had undergone some sort of shift and his attacks carried the code now too. David's water coat was now rendered completley useless as the code immediatley built up a way to completley ignore the coat and regardless of any effects the coat may have they were now all 100% useless on Ulquiorra. And that's what made Ulquiorra so special and why those in the Vaste Lorde Never even bothered to challenge him; For he is the living proof that No attack or tactic could work twice on him. Now Ulquiorra was going to use the same attack on David and show him that regardless of Any effects the coat would have, they would be 100% nullified and the defenses would be 100% ignored as well and the explosion would happen with a 100 mark accuracy. This time only David's left arm sleeve began to glow and followed immediatley with the same explosive force as earlier.

There was an explosion again, but David was once again unharmed. "I see. The same thing won't work twice with you..." David muttered to himself. The explosive particles had been trapped inside particles of water. The water increased pressure and decreased temperature from all sides, easily containing the explosion and heat. "The Brother's Alchemy, Stage Three: Lucifer's Armor." David said to himself. The three of his weapons disappeared in a flash. David was now covered in a strange armor. (Looks like this, the far right one:  ) He also had sprouted 6 wings, 3 black and 3 white. Feathers, black and white, began to peel of these wings, but there seemed to be a never ending supply. The room would be covered in a flurry of feathers, obscuring sight completely. The white feathers glowed brightly, while the black gave off a strange purple aura. David was no where to be seen. He spiritual energy was suppressed to match those of his feathers, and his heat was kept down by lowering the temperature of the water layer below the "Lucifer's Armor". It would be quite impossible to track him. As for Ulquiorra, he would feel nausea and dizziness wash over him. This was one of the effects of the black feathers. Suddenly, the white feathers seemed to be splitting into smaller feathers, becoming tiny plumes of glowing white. They surrounded Ulquiorra completely, and the moment they touched him, they would explode. The explosion was intense, far surpassing the attacks Ulquiorra had used on David. The black feathers did a imilair thing, but they had a different effect. Upon touching him, they would sap his spiritual energy in moments. A piercing screech would peel through the air while all this happen, echoing through the room. It was ground shaking, and would jar Ulquiorra to the bone.

Ulquiorra was watching all around to see the feathers falling all over Ulquiorra's area and he began to walk foward and small odd bits of Aura would leave Ulquiorra's body, It seemed his body was immune to the part where he was supposed to feel nauseous from the feathers and he continued to walk foward looking straight forward. "It seems I have pushed you foward to act strongly from the beginning." The first feather now landed on Ulquiorra's arm and he looked down calmly at it as he noticed it was going to explode and he continued walking foward and just as it exploded a giant orb of smoke came and as the smoke was formed Ulquiorra could be seen flying back from the smoke in a upper left direction and his clothes were damaged up and his hands were yet still in his pocket as he went backwards and his face still the same, it seemed the explosion had damaged his clothes but not at all Ulquiorra's skin. It wasn't even an ability he was activating, his skin was to that of nearly a godlike shield almost. As he was flying backwards from the impact another explosion happened and another and another Ulquiorra flew so far back until he was about to hit the wall of the Area and just before he hit the wall he stopped right before the wall just standing in the air now. Now for some reason all the feathers that were flying about seemed Avoid Ulquiorra's spot and it was simply due to him releasing a supressing amount of Aura that made the feathers avoid that direction and even the ones that were supposed to sap Ulquiorra's strength were never sapping it to begin with. He locked all of his Aura inside of his body and the only absolute way to release it would be under Ulquiorra's will. He stood with his damaged clothes slowly sewing itself back together looking about the Arena. "Impressive."

"Very interesting." A voice from all around Uliquiorra said.
That is very odd...... My attacks seem to not be able to hit where his Senna is.... David thought to himself quickly. Also, energy absorption does not work currently...... It is too early to say, but I will leave the possibility open that these two problems may originate from the same source..... He analyzed to himself. It would be impossible for him to be diverting the feathers, thought David, going back to the first problem, if he was using spiritual energy to divert the absorbing feathers. And as for my attacks not getting through at all...... such defense would be quite impossible without using some kind of spiritual energy based ability........ He continued. He would have to watch carefully from this point on.
David decided to try a new tactic. The black feathers began to glow an eerie crimson red, the earlier color of purple peeling off. He continued his assault on Ulquiorra's body with the feathers, but this time, it would be different, David guessed. These new feathers would not absorb, but more of "burn" through spiritual energy.
As for the earlier piercing screech, Ulquiorra would now begin to feel the effects most likely. The screech was still going, but was steadily getting louder. It would feel like the flesh was being peeled form his bones, as the sound reached the threshold of pain at 100 pascals.

Ulquiorra stood quietly and placed his left hand back into his pocket and stood with both hands in his pockets now watching as the feathers began to change colors. This entire time Ulquiorra's eyes were never really shifting around but concentrated on one spot in the center of the arena. Ulquiorra now slowly removed his right hand from his pocket and extended it in front of him and slowly opened up his palm and all of a sudden a giant burst of wind blew throughout the arena and something extremley strange had happened. Ulquiorra seemed to be holding back something really large in his right hand but Ulquiorra had so much strength he wasn't even being pushed back in the middle of the air even in the slightest amount. Ulquiorra had a few glyphs glowing directly behind him in a wall formation and the walls were resonating at an alarming rate. And whatever Ulquiorra was holding back in front of him began to take shape and it was a giant orb that had millions of ripples in it sorta like water. It was the sound waves themselves. Ulquiorra's glyphs were activating and as the soundwaves were hitting the glyphs they were being remade, recoded, and reformed to be in front of Ulquiorra in a more physical form. So even though the more louder or longer the soundwaves the more it would add on the orb in front of Ulquiorra and David could have made it 8 times louder and made it literally last centuries and Ulquiorra would have still overpowered it. As for the crimson feathers the glyphs would spit out tiny spears that would obliterate the feathers before they even got to Ulquiorra regardless of the amount of them and the speed they were falling at. After a while of the Orb of the soundwaves from David's screech the orb began to glow a jet black and was outlined in red now. It seemed that Now Ulquiorra was transforming David's attack into his own attack. A sample of Ulquiorra's power was greatly shown here seeing as he transformed a screeching noise into a physical like form and was now making it his own attack.

It didn't matter that the feathers were being taken down. For each one taken out, two more appeared. The feathers were less for for attack, but were more of a defense.
As for Ulquiorra's glyph, the screech simply stopped. Ulquiorra's attack would cease in gaining power from the sound waves. Of course, that didn't stop it from still attacking, but the damage would be minimal compared to what it could have been.
Hmph..... So, he can't have his energy leeched, but it certainly can be destroyed by other means..... David analyzed to himself.
The feathers began to move in a flurry, gravitating towards a spot in the room, which was about 50m from Ulquiorra.
What secrets could this man have? How did he not have his energy absorbed? Why can't I hit his Senna? These were all questions he was asking himself.
In moments, the feathers were gone. In their place were two claymores in David's hands, one white, the other black.

 Ulquiorra had the orb forming in his hand for a little bit after realizing David had cut it's source of power. Ulquiorra eyes were fixiated on David now and his newly formed swords. Only a few moments later and the glyphs behind Ulquiorra slowly faded away on their own and the black orb with red lining was still being held back in his hand, the orb began to grow larger before exploding and now blanketing the complete upper half of the arena in a jet black and bright red sea of aura that was constantly fluxing about and the colors fighting amongst each other inside of the blanket of aura. Ulquiorra's presence was completley masked behind it and yet was pretty muched masked the entire battle and after the blanket was swirling about the top of the arena Ulquiorra appeared only a few inches above David and his right index finger pointed directly above David's head. His finger charged a small green orb in less than a few milliseconds and it was no other than a Cero. Ulquiorra now fired off the magnificent emerald colored beam with absolute ease but with the most destructive force. But Ulquiorra's Cero was most definetly the most noticable and different from all the rest of the Cero's seen so far by all of the Vaste Lorde. It was about 3 times Stronger and Faster than the original Crimson Colored Cero and it could be that it masked a few techniques as well. From the time that Ulquiorra appeared on top of David and now fired off this massive Cero it was only a few milliseconds that had truly passed.
