But Ichigo is a shinigami and a vizard and his bankai could most definitely outmanuever Naruto's Demon Cloak

It could? But Naruto has only gone to 4 tails so far. And that alone is really powerful.

Hello. Torokukat I am the guild Captain Alex the cyborg or just Alex for short pleasure to meet you.
While it is true that four tails is very powerful indeed but Naruto cannot control himself and it hurts him to use that kind of power while Ichigo is pretty much at the same speed as Naruto but Using his bankai doesn't hurt him whatsoever so it all depends on time if Ichigo can dodge most of Naruto's attacks or distracts Naruto for long enough Naruto could suffer greatly.

ya and with the 4 tails u cant hurt naruto even if u stab him

The only drawback is that he hurts himself while in that state.
