OK folks, well I have no clue who's in what team. So I'm wiping all the current team assignments and starting anew.
So if you have a gennin or chunnin that need a teacher or a jounin that you want to teach the little squirts, post here.

Gogandantes Giglamesh reporting........I know im only a chunin but im quite close to jounin level, and it would seem were at a shortage of jounin any ways so if i can i would gladly be one, as well as keeping my role as acdemy teacher as well. Since i am one of the most active membes of iwa i belive i can easily do both rolls, and with keiko's and my acdemy system of which we will unvail after the genin exams it will be even easier to do.

I'm on the team under Ryoko Takamichi. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile by the way. It's just I've been waiting for B.C. to post since she left in mid attack. I'd like to give her some more time before I abandon the team though.
Also, Carlos, should I just go ahead and finish the excercise without her?

@gig hmmm...well see just being near Jounin level still isn't jounin level, get what I mean? You couldn't be on a mission and teaching at the same time ya know? (yes I know we do double role play here in Iwa but its still weird...) basically what I'm saying is you can't have 2 sources of EXP coming in at once. At best, you can be training in one place and then just talking or regular rping in another. Thats apart of the core rules of the guild (I know their not posted but still) Soooo yea. I'll have to think about it.
@Kuma....I thought you died or something. Anyway...hmmm if you want to you can nullify that part of the fight and just finish it yourself if you think you are able too. Reck's already done and I was planning on barbecuing you 3 up anyway so yea.

With the new plan of keiko and myself, a clone and speakign would be more than enough. Also due to a unforseen happenings in the genin exams only one actuly passed there fore two were sent back to the acdemy (one has two chars) but since they already have all the basics and acdemy jutsu down, there issnt a reason for them to be there execpt for waiting for the next exam. as not to anger them and have them quite iwa and join anoter (so we can keep some active members) i am curelty asking kinami or yourself is i can have shin, cronos, and shizuka (wich actuly gained genin rank) as a say AP acdemy student class. Where the three are placed under gig and while they will keep genin rank, they can gain exp as well as learn jutsu as if they were genin but still retain acdemy studnet rank untill next genin exams.

I'm going to overthrow the jounin thing. Gig, as soon as you become, say, level 25 (or whatever is listed as the Jounin starting level), you can become a jounin. Until then, though, you're just going to have to be patient. I've already given my spiel on the whole academy student thing, so...yeah.
Also, NO, clones can NOT be used to be two places at once unless every single modifier of yours is placed in Chakra, and you happen to be around level forty or something. It just would not be physically possible to go on a mission or split your conscious like that without consequences that could endanger a mission or the academy or something. Sorry.

Understood, as for the clone thing is situations where giglamesh need to have moderate attention, like missions and such, he dossent keep clones active unless there with him. Also stone clone dont drain chakra, like shadow clones as there created the chakra from the oroginal is divided equaly between them so each has they own chakra network and thus sustain themselves as shadow clones do, but agin this is your say not mine.

according to the way the show puts it, all clones, even if they have their own psudo chakra system still require the original to be in the vicinity to maintaint he chakra holding htem together. so you couldn't be in two places at once. you'd still have to at least be in teh building.
But that is not what this thread is about.
