Well, we get our newest dose of Timmy and Dr. Singh. They have some pretty big news that the Fausto's bottle is going to take forever to get to its ultimate form.
If Timmy stays in that barrel much longer, he's going to evolve into a mutant.
But in other news, We apparently have new research from our resident xenobiologist! A new item again! What do you think of Herme's moon?
And rounding everything out, we have Fai's coat in the Tsubasa quest. Its a fairly nice coat, wouldn't you say so?... but I still want that damn staff.

The moon's a little expensive for me, but I got it anyways. XP
I can't wait to see what becomes of Timmy once he comes out of the can. biggrin

You know, I don't think I'll ever buy an evolving item. I just don't want to pay for something that I think looks cool now, only to have it change into something else forever in a few months.
Like the moon, for instance. Having a moon for your avatar is pretty nifty. But why pay for it when it's just gonna turn into something else?
As far as the quest goes, I continue to be angered that I can't access it because I'm in Japan.

Well TIM, as far as the evolving items go, I think by the end of this month, we will know once and for all if you can access any form after it maxes out. The pora ice will be done by the first of january (so we have been led to believe) and once it finishes... we we shall see my friend. And I'm sorry you can't grab the Tsubasa item. If you want, I will get you one, but I'll be honest, I am unsure if I can get more than one coat.

Well, I originally thought the OMG boxes were a brilliant stroke of marketing genius on Gaia's part... but I have changed my opinion! If I hadn't spent so much on the stupid boxes I would get a moon! But now I can't afford it! stressed They made everyone spend all their money and then released a ten dollar item... sooooo intelligent. rolleyes

They just keep churning out items that are better than the last, keeping you hooked so they can suck you dry of every last unit of currency you have. Either way, it's still a brilliant stroke of marketing genius. And now I have a nice-looking coat and nothing else to go along with it. Damn me and my miserly ways.
