I haven't seen it. Only the version with Gerard Butler. He makes one hawt Viking.

I want to see that movie, despite it being all CG and what not. Can't really compare computer animation to live action s**t, no matter how much special effects and s**t go into it.

But I have Beowulf & Grendel and I love that movie. Infact, wee little Grendel partially inspired my avatar's hair color. Baby trolls are cute.

The CG was okay, but I honestly can't stand this movie. The storyline adaptation was horrible! The characters static, the angelina jolie model out of proportion! Urgh. >.<

Personally, I enjoyed tracking the movie in it's concept art sketches, they had some really talented artists working on it and I feel it is a shame that they could not find a good balance between a serious story and modern graphic elements.
